The place is neat. Love the Mugshot gangster theme. We got there soon after they opened and we were the only people in there. The waitress was nice. Recommended dishes and changed the channel to a football game my son wanted to watch. I had The Patsy burger. It was big, messy and delicious. Kiddo had mac and cheese with pulled pork and my friend had The Al Cappone which was basically a Mac and cheese with pulled pork sandwich. Everything was good. I plan to go again with my husband so he can give it a try too.

Was in here this past weekend and got some pasta my boys had the pizza. You know because it’s an Italian place. For one my 2 sons are not picky not in the slightest but they wouldn’t eat the pizza. When I tried it there’s was no flavor it was like a wet piece of cardboard with cheese. My pasta was dry too but I don’t mind it was decent. The garlic bread was my favorite. Service was alright thought I felt like I was being ignored.

What a lovely gem in Pleasantvile. Even if you can not see in the kitchen it is evident that the staff back there embody a good work ethic. Also, for Mariah - what an amazing waitress. She was the only one on staff and did not anticipate a busy night considering the fireworks but she was killing it! You can tell she was all over the place between serving the customers, taking their food, greeting them. But mostly importantly despite the heavy load for her she held a smile and conversation very well. To be that inviting and warm at a time with high stress - wow! Thank you extraordinary workers !!

I do believe we stopped in for our first visit on a bad staffing day. I feel for the only server that was working. She was doing her best to keep up. She had 2 parties of 6, 5 people at the bar and 3 tables in the bar area as well. And she was the only person we saw aside from a girl training, who left and never returned. We never saw a manager come to help her. As for the food the pizza had so much sauce it was dripping off the slice and the toppings were falling off. It was a knife-and-fork pizza, and just bland. The AL Capone was good and tots were nice and crispy. Unfortunately due to the situation, we didn't get asked about drink refills until we were ready to leave. We will give them another try in the future and hope for a better result. Suggestion: Employees should have a uniform work shirt to distinguish them from customers.
