Milkshake was made incorrectly. Asked for mocha and received vanilla. Staff was willing to help. Ended up receiving another vanilla milkshake. Overall the food is good. Staff frequently make mistakes though.

The Arby's in Poland is JUST NASTY! I went into the Bathroom around 11:50am on Saturday October 5th 2024 an a Arby's worker was in the bathroom stall next to me an she left the bathroom without washing her hands an went behind the counter an when I came out of the bathroom after washing my hands an told them the blower for hand drying wasn't working the worker said she didn't kno it wasn't working.....she is a female so that meant she hasn't washed her hands in the bathroom either! No signs are up stating employees MUST WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK! JUST NASTY! I DIDNT EAT ANYTHING THERE!

This Arby's is usually pretty good, they're just a little slow. I've never had them mess up an order and the food is usually good, although sometimes just luke warm, Rather than hot and fresh. Overall a good one, just needs to work on their speed.

The Arby's I remember was allot different than today's Arby's. But then again, isn't every fast food restaurant? Anyway, the roast beef is mediocre. The taste just isn't there. I got the bbq roast beef sandwich. My mother got a regular roast beef sandwich. Hers looked fresh and tasted hot. Mine looked smashed and tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp. They weren't too busy either. Also, I really miss the potato cakes. No other restaurant had those. Now, it's just French fries. Although the curly fries are pretty good, but the potato cakes were much tastier.
