I went through the drive thru to get my order. When I got home (less than 5 minutes away) my potato cakes & my fish sandwich were cold. They weren't even slightly warm. Pretty sad when you spend over $30 & get cold food. Guess if I go back I'll have to go inside & request fresh made food.

Milkshake was made incorrectly. Asked for mocha and received vanilla. Staff was willing to help. Ended up receiving another vanilla milkshake. Overall the food is good. Staff frequently make mistakes though.

This Arby's is usually pretty good, they're just a little slow. I've never had them mess up an order and the food is usually good, although sometimes just luke warm, Rather than hot and fresh. Overall a good one, just needs to work on their speed.
