I came in at 6:32 PM to order and aside from myself there was one other customer . The employees behind the counter took their Joly time to take my order. When I got home I found out that my order was short and my repeated phone calls went unanswered. It seems that nobody at this location answers the phone. I thought that the Boardman location in Presidential Squares was bad and now I will add the Poland location to stay away from.

Pretty quiet place. My only complaint is that almost every time I order chicken item I have to pull to the front and wait a very long time for my food, sometimes around 12 minutes. I wish that they would at least let you know BEFORE you order and pay.

Picking up an online order at around 9:30pm, staff was very rude to another customer and I, complained loudly to each other that they hated their job and wanted to leave, manager was screaming from across the lobby about something not even related to work. Other customer asked a question and someone who was making the food said something like “I don’t know i’m not up there how am I supposed to know” with an attitude. Will not be returning to this location if employees and managers are allowed to act like this.
The people are really nice. The food was also hot and good. Service was fast as well. Thank you.

Called an asked to speak to a manager just for them to get snippy with me an then proceeded to hang up on me. The management in this place is a massive joke. That's why they lost every one of their best workers.
Not to mention on one of my escapades there a man that works there walked into the woman's bathroom well there was a little girl in there. When the mother bought up her concerns she was told she had to deal with it. Disgusting in my opinion.
SLOOOW! It doesn't matter what time of day that I have stopped here, they have the slowest service I have ever experienced. I was literally the only car in the drive though and there were zero people in the dining room when I visited last. It took over 20 minutes for me to get on fish sandwich and two spicy chicken wraps. Considering the amount of time it took, I was expecting the food to be hot, fresh and carefully constructed. NOPE! The food was soggy and thrown together. I have been to this location 4 or 5 times, but after the last visit, I will just find something else.

We like going into this Burger King in the morning. We just aren't to crazy about the new machines you use to place your orders. We liked it better when the crew took our order and it was more personal then.
