Second time going here they use the excuse of no staffing. Long line, no one being helped and the customers including us ended up driving away. Food cold last time this happened and waited nearly 30 minutes with no compensation. Doesn’t seem that staff want to work let alone come in.

Employees were great and food was fine, but OH MY GOD, the sewage smell was overwhelming. Maybe the employees are nose blind to it, but the moment you walk in it hits you like a hammer. Call a plumber guys. At least you got those potholes fixed!

My son had a hair inside his fries, when my husband went inside to show them they didnt say but suggested that we put it in there. He said everyone in the back has straight hair but what about the previous shift? Did they even clean up in-between shifts or keep working. Not going there any more

The WORST burger king on man kind! SLOW & absolutely HORRIBLE service. i waited at the drive thru order screen for 20 minutes. When they over heard me talking on the phone about how long the wait was taking the girl immediately got on the speaker & speaking very rudely. They also thought the headset was off & we’re all saying terrible things how “This order gets spit” AWFUL!!! I will be reporting this to corporate!!

Closeing early than they supposed to I’m hungry after a long day of work and they close at 10 something makes no sense set in the drive throw line for like 10 minutes

Had a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they thought it was a delivery order so it was made way too far ahead of time my drink was sealed because of them thinking it was a delivery so I didn't get a straw my order was also not right got charged to add onion rings etc on my burger didn't get them and I ordered no onions but if course they put onions on it my food was cold and I'm just not happy at all with it I won't come to this one again

Kids meals had very dry up chicken nuggets. My impossible burger was pink, huge turn off. The pop machine as well as the ketchup dispenser were empty. The staff was super friendly and dinning room was clean.
Went through the Drive-thru and ordered the cheesy potato things. They literally just through the food in the bag, not in a holder or anything. And the potholes…THE POTHOLES!!!

Was waiting in line for an extremely long amount of time in the drive through and your staff came on the speaker after eavesdropping on our conversation and very rudely spoke to me saying that everyone came at the same time and that was the hold up. Meanwhile there were 4 cars ahead of us. Should be able to be handled in a drive through but apparently not. Wont be spoke to like that again, so, safe to say we wont be back. Terrible service
