Loved this place..ate there several times a month. Recently we noted customer service, primarily management is lacking. I had an issue recently when I took my kid and a friend with me to the restaurant…and felt that the manager did not remedy it well. When the manager asked how things were, and I provided my input, she had no response for me. I assumed she was having a bad day and let it roll off my back. Then the other day, my husband placed our order for food and he ordered a specific sauce for his sandwich. Then when he made it to the window, to grab the bag, he asked the girl again if his sauce was in the bag. She said it was. My teenage daughter was with him and witnessed this exchange. We live out on the other end of Poland, drove home and he was incredibly upset to note that his sauce wasn’t in the bag. Then my daughter noted that her fries were missing as well. Perhaps the fries and the sauce were in a separate bag and they forgot to give them to them. Needless to say, he wanted to share this experience immediately with the manager. He called and told a young lady what had transpired and instead of an apology she immediately stated you need to come back for us to remedy this. He responded that wasn’t necessarily even why he was calling, and she interrupted him again…and stated well, you need to come back to the store. He asked if she was a manager and she said no, and he asked to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone, meanwhile, I’m sitting next to him and the phone is on speakerphone…the manager does not offer an apology she immediately is defensive and says to him I don’t know what you want me to do but you need to come back so we can fix it. He said why don’t you fix it next time I come in, or just simply apologize. She said they don’t do that. They no longer send coupons or allow people to come back when there’s a mistake because there are too many people that have issues. Guess what, maybe you shouldn’t have so many issues that people are calling wanting some type of remedy. To me it would make sense to spend a dollar and send out a coupon for two dollars to maintain customer service when you do not provide people with food that they’ve ordered. I don’t know what is happening in the world of fast food and if it’s the fact that you have such a huge following in our area… But I assure you, these types of things get passed around and noted by individuals quickly. One of the best qualities is the extraordinary Customer service offered…The “my pleasure” response from your workers and the smiles have always gone a long way. Come up with a better plan for when you screw up an order. I don’t know what your thoughts are but we are going to go to the Chick-fil-A down the road or try something else out. From parking to the line and all points in between they rocked it. But always remember mistakes can happen so don't get upset if you have a bad experience just test the customer service. Be honest and forgive. Also the store is super clean 🫧.
All I wanted was chick fil a Mac and cheese while I was pregnant. They're always consistent, never missed anything or messed my meal up. And as a pregnant lady, it meant the world.
