I traveled thirty minutes just to get their chicken sandwich it was so, so good. I ate the waffle fries up before I returned home. The thing that impressed me more that anything, was the manners and courtesy of the young people. A young man by the name of Miguel was super nice and professional. I wanted to bag all of them up and take them home too. I am old school, I believe in respect, courtesy and manners. I was so happy to see that we still have young people that still execute such fine discipline. Keep up the good work, Chic-Fil-A. š¤

For years they consistently get our carry out orders wrong to the point where I donāt even trust them to bring it to the car. The worst offender is the diet lemonade that is rarely marked and often not diet and we get the wrong sauces on occasion. But itās always something every time I go. Calling the restaurant to let them know doesnāt change anything, but they sometimes give us a free drink on the next trip. I once got a mystery drink instead diet lemonade no ice ā the lid was marked for Diet, Coke, and Dr. Pepper. They remade itā¦with ice. If my family didnāt like it so much Iād stop eating there. It seems to be the ever changing staff who refuse to mark drink lids or are āsure that itās diet.ā

I barely go to Chick-fil-A. I asked the girl that was taking my order for a menu instead of giving me a menu. She told me that I can pull up if I needed to see better and never gave me a menu and I can barely see since I use glassesā¦..
Service is friendly enough, they're always busy- but sadly food is always a hit or miss here! Chicken has been stringy and chewy, and the salads are GROSS, wilted brown lettuce throughout, basically inedible and a waste of my $10. They also forgot my salad dressing, had to use my own (thankfully I took it to go home). Will try a different location next time!

Simply the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! The manager Craig is the best and made it extra special for our son. America needs more gentlemen like him. All the employees were amazing.
