worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD. 6 kids behind counter and I do mean kids wastebasket overflowing .ice cream. all over floor behind counter Asked for peanut buster parfait got drippy ice cream with no hot fudge no peanuts just shells. Just a total sloppy chaos.. The health dept. definitely needs to be notified of this dairy queen There was more food on the floor than anywhere else

I came to this Dairy Queen in the drive through which made I add doesn’t have lights to their menu outside it was dark I couldn’t read the menu. I get to the window she puts lids on the blizzards and hands them to me. She does not put them in a bag. No silverware or napkins. Then I get home to find out they used the Sunday lids. So when I popped it off the ice cream went flying everywhere.

We stopped at 7:10 pm and it took us until 7:52 pm just to get a SLUSHY! That’s all (for my daughter who had her heart set on it- otherwise, we would have left!) Never again.

Went to Dairy Queen and ordered lg. Blizzard and medium chocolate shake. They tasted awful, here the ice cream was spoiled. Called and told them. They offered to give us free ones on next visit. Went into a few days later - Manager on duty was extremely rude when I explained we had 3 free ice cream orders coming, per Supervisor I had talked with. She was so rude made a small Blizzard and said that was all they were giving us. I got sick from the spoiled ice cream. This Manager was also yelling at a new employee when I was there because she messed up on an order. The manager made my order while I was there and FORGOT the chocolate. Maybe I should have yelled at her like she was yelling at her employee.
Went in to grab an ice cream cake for my wife’s birthday at about 4pm. Asked the girls to write Happy Birthday on it. They said they didn’t have a cake writer there and offered to let me do it myself at a table. Horrible service.

Not great, but not bad either. It was clean and well kept. The service was a bit slow, but the food was hot and fresh. I won't avoid this DQ in the future, but I won't go out of my way to go either. Middle of the road given the choices in the general vicinity.
