This is hands-down the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The drinks are always fire, only in the drive-through for like five minutes, depending on the time, obviously. But the workers are so friendly and so kind. Keep it up!!!

I go here often, and the majority of the times, they are decent, but when I ordered a donut. the icing was all over the bag like it just melted off, and it wasn't even the right donut.

Tonight I ordered a coffee online and drove ten minutes to the Poland, Ohio location even though I live closer to the Youngstown one. I get to Dunkin and go in to get my coffee. My coffee wasn’t done and the ticket was still on the machine. I waited another 15 mins to get someone to notice I was even in the building because they were all in the back room cursing and screaming. Not one person was in the front of the restaurant. Worst experience
They remember my order and my extra creamers that I ask for already in my bag!! Greg staff ❤️❤️

I took my granddaughter for breakfast .For myself. I ordered an everything bagel with a coffee with just cream I got a plain bagel so I thought OK. I’ll just eat the plain bagel then I took a sip of my coffee. and it had a shot of flavoring which I can’t stand, so I politely went up and told them they made a mistake on the coffee and I ordered just coffee with cream and instead of taking my coffee and saying I’m sorry and giving me a coffee with cream they gave me a hard time they were the Karen’s. I was very polite they did change the coffee, but no apology no niceness about it when it was their mistake and I was being very polite. I will never go back to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again.
