The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the food and service was excellent. I also want to say that my waitress Chrissy Love was the BEST!! This was my first time dining at House of Benny's and I was highly impressed, and I will definitely be back, thank you for a excellent all around experience.

Today my family waited well over an hour a half before confronted with the information that one of their cooks had a medical emergency. Staff could have notified customers upon arrival of this information instead of waiting almost two hours. Then proceeding to tell customers they could go somewhere else if they didn't want to continue waiting. The server at our table was very rude about this information and proceeded to have a very poor attitude especially when told we were going to continue waiting because we have already been there for over two hours. Instead of management calling an ambulance for the employee in distress and stepping up helping staff that was left behind to pick up the slack. We did watch multiple other customers leave with the same amount of frustration as we had. However we did eventually receive our meals followed with hearing multiple staff members using offensive language such as dropping f$*k bombs and other obscene language in-front of my young child and my religious relative whom were dining with us today. Complete unacceptable service today!! Very sad. This was my first time dining here and now my last.

Absolutely unacceptable service . We had a reservation for 1pm with no one taking our order or acknowledging our table for over 40 minutes . An hour and a half later we were asked if we in fact still wanted our order .. the waitress was extremely unapologetic and kept telling us we had options to leave . If there was an emergency with staff this needed communication well before making costumers wait over an hour in half before even cooking our order. When we stated we would stay ; our meal was met with listening to staff use the F word to describe how their day was going and how none of them were willing to work over their shift . Very unprofessional!!!

I really appreciate that this restaurant had a variety of hearty vegan options, and I couldn’t wait to try it after competing in a triathlon in Boardman. It could be that when we arrived was an unusually busy time (11am on a Sunday), but the amount of time it took for us to get our food was extremely long. We were there a total of two hours, and most of that time was waiting to order and waiting for our food. The waitress was nice enough and seemed to be always busy helping someone—seems like more wait staff and/or kitchen staff was needed to make the dining experience more efficient for diners.
My husband and I were absolutely starving because we had just finished a triathlon, so it was hard to wait that long. It was also hard on the kids who were getting fidgety sitting for so long.
When the food finally came, the vegan “eggs” Benedict were delicious, however the potatoes were just ok. They seemed a little overdone, bland, and not as hot as they ideally should be. Kids seemed to like their food well enough and my husband enjoyed the hollandaise sauce on his eggs Benedict. Overall the food was good.
I would be interested in dining here when they weren’t busy to see how the experience compared. I suspect I would give it an even higher review. I do hope they continue offering such a great menu where there’s something for everyone.

Absolutely disgusting on how the manager/owner treats her employees like are you serious how do you even keep an employee this atmosphere should be illegal and the food is under cooked had the vegetables scramble and the broccoli and cauliflower were like a rock

This is, was, our family's regular breakfast spot. We decided today we'll give it a rest for a while because the eggs on the Benedicts are consistently over-cooked. I do not think this is the kitchen's fault. I think the cooks are preparing it perfectly but the servers are letting it sit under the heat lamp so long the yolk becomes solid. This has happened enough times that we're over Benny's.
Very loud dining area. Not recomended for travelers. Reservations for breakfast???? So many empty tables and making people wait.

Had Alexis V as a waitress. The service was amazing. She even brought me club soda when I clumsily got ketchup on my white track jacket. She was very attentive and courteous. The food was delicious. The Broccoli Fritter Benedict special was incredible. The Watermelon sweet tea was so refreshing. I highly recommend this establishment.
