I really appreciate that this restaurant had a variety of hearty vegan options, and I couldn’t wait to try it after competing in a triathlon in Boardman. It could be that when we arrived was an unusually busy time (11am on a Sunday), but the amount of time it took for us to get our food was extremely long. We were there a total of two hours, and most of that time was waiting to order and waiting for our food. The waitress was nice enough and seemed to be always busy helping...
This is, was, our family's regular breakfast spot. We decided today we'll give it a rest for a while because the eggs on the Benedicts are consistently over-cooked. I do not think this is the kitchen's fault. I think the cooks are preparing it perfectly but the servers are letting it sit under the heat lamp so long the yolk becomes solid. This has happened enough times that we're over Benny's.
