Everybody was just sitting on the floor it was a weird environment. The pizza was really bad compared to other visits. I won't go to this location anymore.

The food is great which is why I keep coming back but the service this time was just too bad for me to let go. The girl at the counter couldn't be bothered to wear a uniform just an American eagle Tshirt and sweat pants like she rolled out of bed. No one can seem to be bothered to wear gloves while handling the food. And the kicker, my order was set for 5:00 I came in at 4:40 and it wasn't even in the oven yet, I was told I would have a 30 minute wait. I don't expect perfection and elite efficiency with only 2 employees working but do better! At least show that you're trying your best!~EDIT: Management reached out to me after I left this review to explain to me that the employee out of uniform was "under the weather" which means they knowingly came to a food service job sick and STILL chose not to wear gloves. Something to keep in mind when you're ordering

We order from Romeo's quite a bit. The last time our pizza showed up and hour and a half late and cold. We tried contacting the store a few times but there was no answer. Finally after an hour we talked to someone who told me that door dash didn't pick up our order. How do you let an order sith there and not call the customer to tell them there's an issue? We were offered nothing for the inconvenience. Reached out to the corporate office and got no response. Right after the phone call ended door dash texted that our order would be delivered. Which makes me wonder was door dash even contacted?

Don’t order for delivery, if you ever want your food! They use door dash and seem to have major issues with this method of delivery!We have problems EVERY TIME we order! Due to the problems, we were promised credits for future orders, only to be told the next time we ordered that no credits were on our account! ?

Placed an order for delivery and upon arrival only half of our order was delivered??? I told the driver we’re missing items and he said he would check and then drove off without letting us know. We called the store and was told that they see the rest of our order on the counter… They wouldn’t bring us the rest of our order only offered a refund, which isn’t a fix to their error, when the food was for a gathering of 10+ people. A complete order the first time is what was expected, not half an order and a refund with a rude employee on the phone.

Paid ~$46 for a large "pepperoni feast" pizza and what I thought was supposed to be a "half-pounder" of wings. I received a medium-sized pizza, hardly any sauce, a normal amount of pepperoni and mostly crust. Oh, and 4 wings. What a joke, do not waste your money here.

JoJo fries were tasty but the subs were awful. The bread was so stale you couldn't bite into it because it just crumbled. Don't waste your money.

I love supporting local business so I was excited to try Romeos. I got a 12in Wisconsin cheese blend, red sauce, with jalepenos and bacon. Toppings and the cheese blend were great. The sauce on the other hand one of the worst in the valley. It tasted like the shop used pre-made out of the can sauce, what I imagine Ragu tasting like. Overly sweet and not cooked down, almost no flavor was apparent besides sugar. I’m sad to say this but maybe super sweet sauce is your thing, if so you will love this place. Good luck Romeos
