I have traveled the world and visited many Starbucks globally. I thought the baristas were absolutely wonderful. They never stopped moving; whether it was taking custom orders, cleaning tables, running food orders.
Workers need paid more.

Friday August 8th at noon. Employees behind counter giggling, laughing, screaming like intoxicated maniacs instead of waiting in customers. Won't be back.
I love my Starbucks!

visited this Starbucks location and ordered a grande hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso a drink that should be smooth, well-mixed, and topped with a light froth. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received.
The first drink I was handed had visible clumps throughout. This is not normal and should never happen. For clarity: oatmilk is a stable, emulsified plant-based milk made from finely ground oats suspended in water, often with added oils and stabilizers to prevent separation. When it clumps, it typically means one of the following:
The espresso was too hot and shocked the oatmilk.
The drink was not shaken properly, so the oatmilk and espresso didn’t emulsify.
Ingredients were added in the wrong order, or not chilled effectively.
Oatmilk is not dairy, so it doesn’t curdle like milk but clumping indicates protein and fiber particles separating due to sudden temperature or acidity changes. It also signals a failure in barista technique, not a fault of the oatmilk itself.
When I pointed out the issue, they did remake the drink, but the second attempt was still incorrect. The espresso had settled entirely at the bottom of the cup, and the drink looked completely separated. It had no froth, no blend, and no indication that it had been shaken at all.
For reference, here is how a Starbucks grande hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso should be made:
• 3 shots of blonde espresso
• Ice (about 3/4 full shaker)
• 3 pumps of hazelnut syrup
• Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds (this chills, froths, and blends the drink)
• Pour into a grande cup
• Top with oatmilk (around 2–3 oz)
The final drink should be:
• Lightly frothy on top
• Evenly mixed with no clumps or layers
• Visually appealing — not separated
When I expressed my concerns and asked for a refund, the barista responded, “Do you even know how to make this?” I replied, yes I’ve been a barista for many years, and I know exactly how this drink should be prepared and presented. I pointed out that there was a line forming, and at that point, I just wanted a refund rather than prolonging the situation over what should have been a simple drink to make.
This response was unprofessional and unnecessary. Customers shouldn’t be challenged or interrogated for calmly pointing out a poorly made drink, especially when the visual and structural issues are so obvious. That time could have been better spent helping the next customer or simply remaking the drink correctly without an argument.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Mistakes happen, but training, professionalism, and product consistency are what set great Starbucks experiences apart from disappointing ones. This interaction missed the mark on all counts. I will no longer be going to this location.

Literally just left this location and the woman at the drive thru window is extremely rude. Got my drink and asked for a pup cup and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude. Get a new job then girly pop.

It was a busy day so it was slow and the workers were pretty rude
Never a bad drink, and the customer service is always excellent
Great, fast
Usually never have any issues here. I was the only person in the drive thru and I got to the window, scanned to pay, and was told my drink would be out shortly. No exaggeration, I sat there for 5 minutes and when I looked in the window I saw my drink sitting there but nobody was around. Then another employee came to the window and told me a different total like the first employee did. I told her I had already paid the first employee. She was confused and didn’t say anything and left. The first employee came back and apologized and said he had to go up front to help an employee. That’s totally fine. Tells me another total and asks for payment AGAIN. I said I already paid him the first time he was at the window and he said I did not. I thought maybe it didn’t go through? Nope. I checked my app and I paid for the person behind me as well.
Delicious coffee and good place
