This place is absolutely terrible!!! The sub tasted nasty and had a bad odor the quality of the veggies and meat is bad as well I asked for extra cucumbers and onions i got no onions and only 3 cucumbers and the bread is so dry and old its barnicles the guy behind the counter didn't say a word and just put the mobile order on the counter and walked away the crazy part is I've tried to go here multiple times and every time it's the same experience I will never go back to this subway again won't waste any more money

Spent $19.62 for 2 sandwiches. First impression was set by the manager standing outside, directly in front of the door, smoking a cigarette, not caring where the smoke went. 2nd employee inside was a bit rude when I told her I was there for a pick up order. Then to top it off, BMT w/50% more meat was missing the ham. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I tried to find who the franchise owner is, but information is not available. VERY frustrating!

They refused to answer their phone I placed two orders for two steak subs 12-in subs doordash does not have an option for double red onions I called the store on Youngstown-Poland road the subway I called the store at least a dozen times and it rang complete until the phone shut off these people would not answer their phone at all for me to ask them to give me on my sub double red onions there's absolutely no way they could be that busy and not answer their phone I live around the corner and I see the store everyday it's never that busy work to where you can't answer the phone for your customers I hope this goes to the regional manager of this place she needs to look at a lot of these reviews I don't believe the one where the guy said he had slugs and snails and his food because all you got to do is show that to the health department he didn't provide a picture but I do see the pictures of the burnt bread that's all these young kids are hiring they're not doing the job properly and you're not doing your job regional manager and going there and correcting them and telling them the proper procedures I'll tell you what if this happens to me I'm calling the health Department I'll make sure you shut down real quick you better start paying attention to your customers regional director the first complaint to piss me off if they don't answer the phone when I want double red onions that pissed me off so I'm starting to read the reviews I think I will call the health department and have them investigate you guys you're not doing your job correctly by calling the health Department

Ordered the foot long nachos. What a rip off!! Only a few Doritos chips and fixings. Don’t order this from Subway! Make yourself for pennies.
Pickup was scheduled for 5:35 pm, was not ready until 6:30. Ordered 4 subs and one of them was supposed to be 1.5x the meat. It was missing 4 inches of meat at the end and was almost 1/2 the meat at any other location.
