I visited this location today to order lunch. When I arrived, there was one employee behind the counter and two others seated in a booth eating, presumably on break. As I stood at the counter, the employee working was focused on preparing an online order and engaging in conversation with the employees on break.
I waited at the counter for approximately three minutes and was never acknowledged—no greeting, no indication that someone would be with me shortly. I was completely ignored.
Ultimately, I left without ordering. This was some of the poorest customer service I have experienced. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way, and the loud, inappropriate conversation being shouted across the restaurant only added to the unprofessional atmosphere. Very disappointing.

Used to come here a lot every time I order online it’s wrong or they’re out of 90% of the ingredients. Every time I go in the workers are very nice but the owner needs to get his shit together. There are a couple workers there I see regularly and they all say the owner won’t order more ingredients because allegedly the store doesn’t make enough money. If you want to make more money keep your ingredients in stock will go to poland location or Struthers.

The bread was doughy and very undercooked. Someone in the back was having a screaming fight with someone else. The vegetables had freezer burn. Overall terrible experience.
This subway is the worst. If you get anything on your sub you might as well order soup because of the amount of condiments they apply to your sandwich even after ordering them on the side. They Never get my order correct even though it’s written out for them on the app. Didn’t bring the curbside order out to me and no one was in the store. It took 20 minutes to make 2 subs and they were still wrong. GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY OTHER THAN THIS ONE. This owner doesn’t care she’s never gotten this store running the right way and subway should pull the franchise.

Pulled up at 8:45 pm and door was locked. Two women inside counting money in the drawer smiling and mouthing "were closed" on repeat. Posted hours on the door say they close at 9. Seems like many other people have the same experience, not sure why this hasn't been addressed.

So this is by far the most expensive subway I've been to. The subs are jacked up in price and there is only one worker taking care of everything. She had to bust her butt doing everything without any help. I can say that I will NEVER go back to this subway. Take your money elsewhere. You can go sit down at a real restaurant for cheaper.
