Love ordering food for my kids, standing in the midst of a completely packed place before the holiday, and the manager or whatever the lady in the purple shirt is (she's been there for years), running her mouth about "I yelled it out 3 times!" repeatedly while giving me dirty looks. My order was 681, not "Two McFlurries" or whatever it was she said. it wouldn't have been a big deal if not for the absolutely venomous look she gave me the three times she said "I yelled it out......" Lady, I was just standing there not complaining and then a nice lady working asked if I had my stuff. zero words spoken except "no ma'am" and "Thank you" on my part. I've never talked rudely or down to someone behind a counter. It shouldn't go the other way either, especially when I'm just standing there being patient. Why be like that for no reason?

Maybe I've missed this in other locations, but I was charged 2 dollars for my drink on top of the cost of the value meal. When I asked if the drink came with the meal, I was told, "yes, but you still have to pay for it." Seems like it doesn't come with the meal. I'll just go somewhere else where I know what I'm getting for the listed price.

stopped ...had 3 bucks to my name...bought a breakfast burrito... thought id be having a decent, snack-sized breakfast. boy was i wrong...about an ounce of egg, sausage and cheese...what a disgrace to a place i grew up eating at..wheres the incentive to keep buyn food here!? especially when its the same ol same ol ...since the 50s\60s, burgers were the go to item...now you cant get a burger for less than 7 bucks...did the cows demand more for their sacrifice!? hamburgers and cheeseburgers used tb 30\40 cents! make it make sense

Late afternoon and evening staff very kind. Morning staff stiff and stressed. Changing the menu adding collectors confused staff. They only hear certain words for an order and don't get the right item. So now I wait for a refund at their convenience because they refuse to correct it.
