Service was fine. The employees did a great job. My mobile order got all messed up and they told me who to talk to, so we can try and figure out what went wrong.

Everytime we go here the order is messed up. Have to run back and forth 80 times when I just want to eat. “Special Request” for a substitution doesn’t mean a biscuit for the 6th time. It literally says “special request” on the receipt. How hard can we make this….. We also received a Diet Coke instead of regular coke… Can we get a third window to give back all the stuff from the other side that was wrong? Must be a good time to try all the new local options.

I have ordered multiple times online for my kids to pick up breakfast on their way to school with friends. I give them the code and click already here on the app. This morning they told my son the phone it was ordered on had to be in store which is NOT true! So he went to school without the breakfast I paid for! I called and the manager was very rude and even started yelling at one of the workers to get out of her way while on the phone with me. Nothing was resolved, she was rude, The money came out of my account and my son didn't get his breakfast!! Way to go Pomeroy McDonald's! 😮💨

Oatmeal could have had more water. I ordered a side of bacon (2 pieces) and it looked like they just broke 1 piece in half instead of getting 2 full size pieces
As someone who works for mcdonalds and got food there the manger was rude to a new person who asked for help and it's pretty sad when the new person says oh she don't like me now mind you this was on a Sunday the 21 of Sept in the morning the manager is an older lady she was rude to other customers got our order good thing my husband checked no silverware to eat hotcakes got an apple pie no time on it so how long has it been sitting there
