It's pretty bad that the box probably had more taste then the pizza did you guys used to made a good pizza last year or so it actually plain sucked

My son wanted to eat at Pizza Hut for his birthday. We were denied the option to dine-in even though it was well before closing time on a Saturday evening. It was still daylight out. Big thanks to Roland for the hospitality.

The place is pathetic! Cursed out by the manager with a minor present. Dropped the F bomb on me. According to her she didn't because she wasn't looking at me. I hate the place and will never go back to the awful Pomeroy store. It shouldn't be appropriate for a regular employee to cuss a customer but I could see it in this day and age but this was a manager! BUYER Beware... Apparently Pizza Hut has changed the rules on Tuesdays buy one get one free. They advertise it but they now apparently charge you for toppings on specialty pizzas where they didn't before. That's what started this whole thing. It was almost $32 for two pizzas when it used to be $22 - $23. I've been purchasing them for over a year. Friends of mine I was told had a similar experience when their bill was seventy some dollars at Gallipolis. You would think Pizza Hut would disclose this to it's customers first. By the way the waitress was actually very good which surprised me and I felt sorry for her being stuck in the middle of the occasion. Maybe pay first if you go on Tuesdays buy one get one free (now - false advertisement) so your not shell shocked.

Ordered online, the app said it wld b delivered 30 mins later, 45 mins go by an no delivery...called thm and thy said my order was still thr and tht doordash is who delivers the orders, I ended up canceling the delivery an hr an a half later an went and picked it up... In my opinion if thrs not communication between Pizza hut an doordash thn tht jus shldnt be having thm deliver...2 hrs after my order was placed, me and my family finally got to have dinner....it's ridiculous!!!! ????
Was walking to work the other night and a employee was hollering out crack head I don't know if they were talking to me or not but they were ignored. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never eat at this location again.
