Ordered two large pizzas with sweet marinara dipping sauce and honey barbecue boneless wings. Before we got our food, we asked for some parmesan cheese. The worker walked around the room and got us two almost empty parmesan shakers. When they brought the wings, it was just normal boneless wings. We asked why it wasn't honey Barbecue and they just went and got us honey Barbecue sauce to dip it in (the wings are suppose to be cooked with the sauce, not separate). They also forgot the sweet marinara sauce, so I went up and asked them about it. The woman working there was very hesitant on answering and eventually said the sauce was put onto the pizza (it's suppose to be dipping sauce).
Only good thing that was done right was the pizza. Pizza was great like usual.

We went for pizza tonight, pizza was good, but I don't know what's going on in this restaurant. The restaurant smells, they brought our food over but no plates forks etc had to ask. No salads available, when I ask for a ranch for buffalo wings, the staff acted like I was stealing from them. They kept telling me that it was .99 I didn't care they could have added it to my bill. Then when we went to pay the visa machine charged us twice, it took about 5 minutes to fix it. Will not be going back.

There is never anyone around. They go out to smoke at the same time leaving the place empty, so no service. We came and waited for 5 minutes and no one was around to take our order and we ended up leaving.

Poor customer service whoever answers the phone, when they answer, needs an attitude adjustment. Can’t refund my card for missing items in order but also can’t have someone else deliver it due to DoorDash and fees. Did delivery for a reason. Would not recommend.

Don't bother the door dashers apparently don't know the Pomeroy area. I was also charged for the pizza and it was Pizza Hut who did the withdrawal, I'm fighting to get my money back, but now Pizza Hut is saying I have to get a refund from Door Dash. The manager is incompetent and so is the door dasher. Buy your pizza somewhere else in Pomeroy... There are much better places than this circus sideshow pizza place.
