Used to let be Subway when it was Donna running it. Ever since she left the service has been terrible, the sandwiches mediocre. Decided to go again today as haven’t been since about 4-5 months ago. Service still terrible. Sandwiches still mediocre and they don’t put all the things you tell them too.

There was a line of 10 people waiting to place orders and the lady just kept taking more and more orders before getting 7 ahead ready!!! I only had 1/2 hour for lunch and I was there 25 minutes

My wife placed an order online. Drove to pick it up. Got it home, and it was wrong.

They pulled the receipt up at the store, and basically told me that my wife had placed the order incorrectly, and argued that it wasn’t their responsibility to fix it.

Frankly, had there not been a BOGO sale, I wouldn’t have chosen to purchase a sub there in the first place, and you can be certain that I won’t even consider it, again.

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub on the menu.
