This Taco Bell consistently delivers a great experience, correct order and fresh food. What else do you need from a QSR? Also like that Taco Bell is constantly updating it's menu offerings and their prices have not gone through the roof. Thanks Taco Bell from a loyal customer!

Every time we stop there they cannot get the order right. Tacos almost always have little to no meat. The specialty burritos never get the specialty sauce that is to come with it. And they over load everything with lettuce

Went to Taco Bell at the pomeroy location for the first time in probably a year and the food was awful. Not only was there a hair cooked in one of the nacho fries, that tasted and looked like regular fries, almost every soft shell in the party pack had gotten so hard on the outside that they cracked. The meat in all the tacos wasn't even lukewarm, it was cold. As were the cinnabon delights. And the amount of grease that came out of the cinnabon delights was disgusting. For the price they charge for everything now, at minimum you would think the food would be hot. Absolutely disgusting.

Honestly I don’t even know how to rate the service because there is none. The first thing you see when you walk in is a sign that says to order your own food at the kiosk and the menu boards no longer have menus. They are just pointing you to the kiosk.

I order my own food and someone said my name. That’s the service I got. The pronounced it correctly so I’m giving 1 star.

There was practically no meat on the taco/chalupa and the chalupa shell was old. The prices here have doubled in the last 5 years and they expect you to do half the work. A terrible and unsustainable business model that will not keep them in business much longer.

Honestly it’s sad. I used to eat here multiple times a week. Took several months off after prices went up and came back to check it out today and I regret that decision.

Went to Taco Bell on a Sunday at 6:20 pm trash was thrown out the doors by customer entrance and doors were locked!! With employees on phones at register. Since when does Taco Bell close at 6?
