Went to this arbys location for lunch. I ordered 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches and they didn't put cheese on them. Went inside and nicely told them they forgot to put cheese on all of them. The cook started arguing saying he did. Simply check the sandwiches if u dont believe me. While in the store, I noticed the floors were gross. To put it mildly, it looks like it's been a month since they mopped. Your feet slide from the grease on the floor and there's a bunch of old food underneath the drink station

The girl at the register, Shelby was very aggressive and couldn't seem to understand any question I ask her about the menu. And I posted a review and the link I was sent from Arby's doesn't work.
I went in to get something for lunch and the general manager was being completely unprofessional with her employees she was putting them under stress that wasn't needed and was breathing down their necks you could tell they were trying very hard to get the job done but it wasn't cutting it for her she was yelling at a girl because she accidentally gave someone a diet instead of a regular drink completely and utterly unprofessional if you ask me.

This is just the worst arby's I've ever been to. They somehow mess up your order every time and I have never gotten hot food from them or even lukewarm food. Best case its room temperature.
