Watched an employee put her hands in her pants then handle food. Then one of the cooks frying food while spitting snuff into an open cup and he missed and got in on his hand and all over his mouth. Just drove off at that point. That was disgusting.

OMG! They've changed their food and I was so happy! It wasn't greasy and soggy when I got home(25 minute drive). It was crispy and light, even the hush puppies. I reaheated some to eat and it was still phenomenal. I highly recommend trying the food here. Usually we only eat at Long John Silvers once a year because the food was really greasy and soggy.

Foods great staff is very helpful. We always go early, because there usually steadily busy threw out the day. And if you have to wait. That just means you're foods going to be fresh after 😉 and its the only place I know of that you can get a decent root beer float. 9/10

Menu needs updated. If something is no longer offered, take it off the menu. Was made to wait before ordering, drive through, to be told the item I wanted was no longer available.
This is the worst experience at an a&w I have ever had, they gave me about 10 fries, when I asked for tarter sauce they gave me 1 packet, the hush puppies were raw in the center, and they gave me a freeze from what I can only assume is a broken machine because it was barely cold and was about the consistency of chowder.

Food has went downhill. Service was okay. It literally cost us 29 and some change to eat for two people. I had to watch somone that looked messed up, spitting chewing tobacco in the trash while waiting on food. Like seriously ?♀️ Also kept walking in the back waiting on a worker. Come on, people.
