The service is too slow, only one server serve the 7-8 tables 🤦 its sucks! Even the food is good but still so slow!!! We wait for 20mins before we ordered and wait another 20-30mins for the food. Its not recommended for hungry people anymore, don't go here if you're to hungry cus its taking you an hour before you eat 🤣🤣 the service is not like this 3months ago. But they changed 😔

Went in, two guys talking. One points to a table for us to sit at. We get menus and that's it. Sat for 10, 15 minutes and never saw a sever. Left without ever getting even a glass of water.

CHICKEN TENDERS WERE OVER COOKED COULD NOT EAT THEM WHATS WRONG WITH THE COOKS THEY NEED TO BE RETRAINED ON HOW TO COOK MEAT I HAVE BELLS PALSY AND CANT GET MY MOUTH OPEN WIDE ENOUGH TO PUT FOOD IN MY MOUTH. The waitresses are very friendly. I really enjoy coming to Bob Evans.
The place was like a deep freeze. Everyone is wearing jackets. Hard to eat when you're cold. My French toast was so soggy and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Very disappointed. My husband's sourdough toast barely had any butter and no jelly was offered or brought to the table. Last time we will be eating there .
