I love the red white blue pancakes. Last week order extra whipped cream didn’t get any!! This week I ordered and no Bananas. I called and was told they didn’t have any. Said weren’t good so manager told them not to put them on. Which is fine but tell me before I order. I would have never ordered!!!! I am paying for something I didn’t receive. I am not going back. This place has went down hill. It is horrible place to eat anymore

Food was on point. Now I asked for FRENCH TOAST, but I got HOT CAKES. But the food was on point. Everything tasted really good. Service was pretty good they were nice but didn't ask about refills.
Parking: At least 40 to 50 spots in parking lot. Plus 10 spots on the side of the roads.

Curbside ordering is on website but when you go to store no options for this . Put simple order in 45 minutes in advance and wasn't ready at time selected. 15 minutes past time they were preparing it It was chicken and noodles and rolls .

Everything was great except the proportions for everything changed. When they brought my food out I thought they made a mistake and gave me a kids meal. Nope!. Pancakes are tiny, has browns are tiny, etc. Now I'm spending $20 after tip and still hungry. Not worth it. Pancakes are so cheap and they could at least be a filler, why cut those in half? Makes no sense

Menu changes. Have taken away from menu. Smaller portions. Waited at entrance for over 5 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. Practically empty of customers in the evening on a Friday Price increased as has most places.

I ordered online for delivery. I'm diabetic and ordered a diet soda but got a regular soda. Called Bob Evans & they said it was door dashs fault. What the heck is that? I ordered through Bob Evans not door dash. I am highly upset & totally thinking about not ordering from there again!!!!

Im not sure if you guys read these, but I placed an online order yesterday. I got two quarts of the cheddar baked potatoe soup. My partner is DEATHLY allergic to red meat. It will kill him. I can't eat the scallions. Not once have i ever received this soup with the bacon or scallions already in it. When I explained his allergy to the woman waiting on us I was met with "well you didn't specify" I was unaware I had to ask for it to not be placed into the soup. It gets worse. She walked over to where the other soup is kept and said "im gonna do this with minimal mess" and opened the lid. She was going to scoop the bacon and scallions OUT of the container, top it off, and give it back. It was already contaminated at that point. So I spoke with another server and explained what was going on and we ended up getting new soup completely. But my partner was still afraid to eat his. I'm incredibly angry and disappointed by this experience. If you have an allergy, I recommend you go elsewhere. They don't take it seriously.

I normally try to go to the New Boston Bob Evans because this Bob Evans regularly fails to completely fulfill online/ call-in carry out orders. Almost everytime I order, something is missing! I usually don’t call the restaurant to report the missing items or complain (because what good does it do,) but this last time I did because I ordered the “2 dinners for $22” and both of the dinners’ sides were missing! The lady was nice and gave the impression that she knew the items were missing. She told me she put my name down for a free meal next time because it was too inconvenient for me to leave Minford to drive to Portsmouth to pick up the sides. Long story short, I called last night to try to redeem the free meal and was told by the Manager, Adam, that he “didn’t know who would’ve told me that because they don’t do that” and a person could only come back to the restaurant and get the missing items the same day. I tried to explain that I told the lady(that claimed to be the manager) that I wouldn’t be going back to Portsmouth that evening and so she gave me a free meal to redeem for my inconvenience. Notwithstanding I didn’t get what I paid for! And I told him that she told me she noted everything “in the computer” After feeling like I was being accused of lying about it, I asked,ADAM, a couple times, for him to please just check for my name because the lady manager that I spoke to assured me that she noted my name, the meal, and issue in the computer. He said, “no, we don’t do that.” I recommend checking your order before leaving because you will probably not be getting what you paid for. And if you do call and they offer you something for your inconvenience you won’t get it. Plus you will be treated like a liar trying to get a free meal. Portsmouth Bob Evans = usually not getting what you paid for and feeling stupid for trying to rectify it. Also, the carry out register is located by the restrooms and It ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE FRESH POOP. So I recommend holding your breath while picking up order or opting for the curbside pickup.
