Would recommend!All the staff go above and beyond and I've even had the pleasure of officially meeting the one in charge. She's a very kind soul and she's done an amazing job with this coffee shop!

Such a pleasant addition to downtown Portsmouth! A must-do anytime we’re in the area. Discovered them on our last trip in October and made a point to come back again this go-round. Coffee is fantastic and they offer a wide variety of flavors to choose from to add into your coffee of choice. The food is great and prepared with utmost care. Highly recommend!

I really like the coffee and food but the service is absolutely atrocious. I don't think anyone receives any training and are just thrown into the fire because noone knows how to work the register and are constantly having to tell the kitchen staff what the orders are. There is zero organization as to who is making what order too. I consistently have to wait 10 mins or more even if it's not busy for a simple Mocha Latte. I was in a rush this morning and told the lady taking my order I just need a cinnamon roll and I don't want it heated just throw it in a box because I'm in a hurry. She still gave me a number and when I said just for a cinnamon roll? She said it would be right out. Ten mins later I watched another worker heat the roll up, even though I said I didn't need it to be, only because I was visibly agitated. What upset me more was the girl taking my order for the two previous orders had grabbed their cookies and muffins, from the same case as the cinnamon rolls, before they left the counter but I had to wait 10 mins for mine and ended up being late for school. I didn't order a coffee because I knew given my previous experiences that it wouldn't be ready quick enough. I should have ordered it anyway since it took 10 mins anyway to get a damn cinnamon roll from the case. This is just one instance of many I've had so I think I'm finally done with this establishment which is a shame because they have excellent food and coffee. The owners and management would benefit greatly if they took the time to train their employees.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel online trying to save time because every time it takes forever to get any food. I get there and they don't have anything I ordered. They're out of egg and it will be a half an hour for bacon. Girl at the register just shrugged her shoulders. No apology.nothing. she had zero customer service skills. It will take a few days just to get my money back. Now I have to work the rest of the day on an empty stomach. This place sucks.

Clean, inviting atmosphere that is relaxed and comfortable. Food and drinks are well made and consistently good. Some items are overpriced but not inconsistent with industry standards for those items, just more than I'm willing to pay. Waits for drinks and food can be long when business is steady. All in all a nice coffee shop with good coffee for a reasonable price and good atmosphere.
