Upon my visit, my friend had ordered a strawberry milkshake. The strawberries were too chunky couldn’t even get them through the straw. My blizzard was so runny that it was running out of the cup as the dude had turned it upside down. This is a horrible treat experience. And the sad part is I love Dairy Queen ice cream but from this point on I’ll just start going to Walmart buying my ice cream and making my own. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I ordered a large Blizzard with extra what I got was the worst ice cream desert that I have ever paid for. I ordered 5 different Blizzards and every one was made very poorly.
After my drive thru order I waited 20 min to get a large vanilla cone with 3 cars that already ordered. I’ve had issues with place in last 2 years change driven back wrong wrong flavors of items . Just going to go else where if something else happens

NOT FAST FOOD. They added the second drive thru and their employees cannot keep up with the demand. Not only that but the road is constantly blocked to get anywhere else back there.

The drive thru at portsmouth ohio dairy queen is very slow. If people order a large order of meals they need to tell them to move up so they can take care of others

I absolutely love getting ice cream blizzards here easy to order on line the only reason i gave a 4 start is the people working up front they are just not real nice seem confused most of the time last couple times i went it could be a training day through i always try to look at the positive side.

the food was over done and sloppy presentation and there was not a single person on the floor who seemed to have control of the minor rush they had. i didn’t get my entire hot fudge sundae it took 15 minutes for my food and i got zero sauces after asking 2 times
