After my drive thru order I waited 20 min to get a large vanilla cone with 3 cars that already ordered. I’ve had issues with place in last 2 years change driven back wrong wrong flavors of items . Just going to go else where if something else happens

NOT FAST FOOD. They added the second drive thru and their employees cannot keep up with the demand. Not only that but the road is constantly blocked to get anywhere else back there.

The drive thru at portsmouth ohio dairy queen is very slow. If people order a large order of meals they need to tell them to move up so they can take care of others

I absolutely love getting ice cream blizzards here easy to order on line the only reason i gave a 4 start is the people working up front they are just not real nice seem confused most of the time last couple times i went it could be a training day through i always try to look at the positive side.

I ordered chocolate blizzard and had a fruity flavor to it. They didn’t clean the stuff which they stir with.
Not worth for money.
I wish I could have not wasted my money on that.

the food was over done and sloppy presentation and there was not a single person on the floor who seemed to have control of the minor rush they had. i didn’t get my entire hot fudge sundae it took 15 minutes for my food and i got zero sauces after asking 2 times

They kept cutting me off to ask if i was done. I asked them to give me more time ordering and the lady kept cutting me off. When we got our food it had spit and hair in it.You cant be spitting in peoples food, especially over small things like that. One of the people who ate the contaminated food is immune compromised.

Dine in was really quick on making my food even with a long line in the drive thru it tasted fresh an it was warm

Parking: It's on left side of the front of the building if you pull in where entrance sign is it's only drive thru
