Would love to give 5 stars but had a bad experience. Food tastes good but prices have increased significantly. But the evening that we went in was not very enjoyable. Our waitress was having a bad shift and was not hiding it. We got there about 830 pm and she was cleaning tables. But she was slamming everything. She waited on us and tried to be polite but was obviously bothered. After eating and paying, she was explaining that the lobby usually closed at 9pm. We had no idea because everything that has their hours says 10 or 11. It was a bit uncomfortable. I apologized because I felt bad for being there late.

I’ve always been a Freds fan and get back to town for the summers. I don’t eat out often but thought all day about a pizza! I chose Fred’s! Guess they are training a new person and when I got my pizza back it was cheese only. when I called it took about 10 min to speak to a manager and the only choice I had was to return it and wait for a new one or get 25% off the next time I order - I’m not wasting a cheat day on just a cheese pizza. Next time I guess I go with Brew Pub 😢

Two days in a row I have tried to order from here and twice they canceled my order and it takes 7-10 business days to refund my money. So I'm waiting on on $150.00 to be refunded to my card. And what pisses me off is that I have to wait that long and I can't just order from somewhere else cause I spent what I had here. Not very VERY happy and we order from here a lot 🤬🤬🤬
