I do not recommend this place to anyone! Me and my family decided to eat here and it was a mistake. I will never again. I ordered a blt calzone, which came out with raw meat! This meat was not cooked at all. We informed them and they asked if Iâd like for it to be remade. I said no, as my food came out last so the rest of my family was done eating by the time I went up to inform Them they had served me raw meat. I asked for a refund, the manager responded with âwe donât do refundsâ. Okay, I respect that policy if âI donât likeâ my food or something of that nature, but this is YOUR FAULT 100%. I informed her Iâd be calling the health dept first thing Monday, and I certainly will do just that. This is NOT okay. When she walked away, she thought it would be cute to stand there in the middle of her kitchen laughing. This girl has no right whatsoever being a manager!

I use to love eating here use to go every other day but past few months they keep adding more and more sauce even when the past 3 times I asked for light light sauce I get the pizza the bread has so much sauce on it turns soggy when I get it I take a bite sauce goes on my pants shirt the floor and couch that's with a plate and asking for light light sauce I don't know why they started doing this would've ranked a 4 or higher in November now it's below a 2 am just being generous with that to be honest because some of the people work there are very nice but product is beyond nasty now moist soggy bread under the cheese yuk can't even give the whole pizza away I'll order a sub or two from there for now on but pizza I'll order from another Giovanni's Fred's or somewhere else sorry but your about to lose all my business

Idk whatâs happened to dough but itâs like not prepped properly or not cooked enough and they changed the sausage. Used to be my go to pizza place on weekly basis sometimes twice a week⊠not anymoređ I do thank you for the times the food was good tho however, I must move on.
I am giving this 3 stars but with high scores in other departments because the food and service is great. What isn't great is that finding their menu is very difficult. It is NOT easy to find. And then when you do find it? It's on some sketchy website that forces you to download a Pdf file. (Who does that now?) Then when you finally open the pdf file it's the wrong menu. Then if you call the business you get greeted with a automated service that constantly shoves its crappy app down your throat. No I do not want to order online. That's why I'm trying to call you at your place of business. If I wanted to download another app I'd have done that. Why businesses make customers jump through hoops to get their food I'll never know. And I have to add that I had a problem with another pizza place and their crappy app last week. It seems that ordering pizza through an app never works and I highly advise not even trying. You will waste your time and lose your money like I did.
Final verdict on this business here? Go there. Or call them. Don't use their app.

You would think that when you live in an area that has a pizza restaurant on every corner, you would think you would strive for excellence, and the price, so it is so disappointing when you get slop ,pizza was supposed to be thin crust and actually be cut not these guys
