I don't have a photo of my mess of a burrito but my experience here was awful. We saw Mondays deal after 5 of buy 2 burrito or bowl for $15.99. I haven't been to this place in over 3 years bc my experience then was terrible too but thought I'd give it another try since it was during the pandemic hype. Anyways, back to the deal. We went to order our food and wasn't sure how to order but I got a burrito and my husband a bowl. I pretty much had everything with chicken and beef put in my burrito. When the girl went to wrap it, she didn't know how and just rolled one side and then flipped it over the rest of the burrito. It wasn't rolled at all! When we went to pay, with 2 drinks she rang up a total of $38.00! There is no way it should of been that much. We had her correct it and then told us we still had to pay for the quaso and quac when they didn't tell us it was extra in the first place! It was all together with all the other ingredients. ? We ended up paying what we needed but the girl just kept saying "that's all I can do". She was moody as was the guy there too. Like, we were trying not to pay for our food and she was doing us a favor. We should of walker out then bc No mam, it's what is owed and that's it. I feel they were trying to scam us. Other people are probably coming in there probably are getting ripped off too unknowingly. The food tasted nasty too. It was tasteless and even with the sauces it wasn't good! My burrito fell completely apart onto my plate and I didn't even get to eat the tortilla bc I have to just scrape what I could out of it. We were the only people sitting inside and now I see why. I was so disappointed in this experience. We will not be back ever!

I have become one of your best customers...at least one to two times per week. This is the second time I have ordered online $32.70 and not gotten what I ordered. One more time and I quit visiting your restaurant. I pay for extras and you take my money and I get whatever you want to put in it. check # 240503151849237-5/3/24.

This location has been significantly been declining over the last year. Just ordered large burrito bowl that was a joke. wasn't even enough to fill a small bowl, but yet charged me large bowl price. I don't think employees know how to property make a bowl. I don't know if management or proper employee training is the issue, but somethings got to give. Unit then, I wont be back. Its not worth spending the amount of money for what you get there. In the pic, you can clearly see around all the sides of the bowl and part of the bottom. Rip off to say the least!!!!!

So I ordered a chicken bowl and there was no chicken in the bowl. So I called and informed them that they had messed up the order and explained that due to my job I could not bring the food back in to be fixed and she told me “well there is nothing I can do unless you bring it back”

Worst experience ever the guy on the line wiped his nose with gloves on them tried to make my food suday 3-11-24 and the food looked like it wasn't fresh at all ,like it was sitting since lunch smh they need a manger at night to show integrity and cleanliness and better service skills then tried to charge me double when I didn't asked for double topping ?....I would never go back there ever again
