This is in regards to the Waverly Ohio Hot Heads, great service, patient, and tried to make it right but our food was inedible, the rice was crunchy and server said it was towards the bottom of the container but another batch was just as bad, paid $30 for 2 people, disappointed to say the least.

(2) build your own nachos. Couldn’t eat half because so much grease. Chips became soggy and grease just soaking the bottom. Not worth the money. Won’t be back.

Called to tell them that their rice was severely undercooked or old. Asked for a refund, they made us bring it back in for the refund. They literally could have taken a bit of their rice to see if we were being honest. It was completely ineatable. Turns out they don’t even know how to do a refund on card.
