Love the cheese steak sub

Saturday night at 10:53 we pull in. The door clearly states they are open until 11:00. One guy sweeping, I pull the door, another guy walks out of kitchen area and both look right at me the go about their business, ignoring me. No explanation or anything. RUDE…

We placed an order at 12:20 PM, told it would be 20 minutes, arrived at 12:50PM, paid for the food, food was done for the longest time before anyone brought it up to me. I was told that they had to wait until I arrived to make the fries. So I can have cold food and hot fries? That is horrendous service and I will not be back.

The prices are outrageous and they have cut back on their meat and toppings drastically. The amount of fries has been cut back as well.

My kids like the toasted subs and fries. The staff works hard.Soap dispenser in the men's bathroom has been broken the past two times we've been there and needs replaced.

NORMALLY I would tell you I love penn station, the flavors excite your tongue, and your taste buds. This one was the worst one I have ever been too. It definitely needs a face lift. The ceiling tiles were brown and i don't thing it started that way. Maybe the roof was leaking. We ordered the chicken teriyaki. I was very hungry and I could not wait to eat. When the food came out and I took that first bite I noticed the bread was not cooked it tasted like raw dough. The fries were over cooked and the food was extra greasy. I ate all of my food but my wife and my son ate less than half saying they could not eat it. They stuffed it in a brown paper bag only to be left in the refrigerator at home. I don't want to recommend not eating here I only hope it gets better.

Absolutely the most horrible experience atany of these resources I have had. Stood for 10 minutes at the counter and wasn't even acknowledged by staff. I guess they were too busy with the 2 other customers. Will not be back.
