NORMALLY I would tell you I love penn station, the flavors excite your tongue, and your taste buds. This one was the worst one I have ever been too. It definitely needs a face lift. The ceiling tiles were brown and i don't thing it started that way. Maybe the roof was leaking. We ordered the chicken teriyaki. I was very hungry and I could not wait to eat. When the food came out and I took that first bite I noticed the bread was not cooked it tasted like raw dough. The fries were over cooked and the food was extra greasy. I ate all of my food but my wife and my son ate less than half saying they could not eat it. They stuffed it in a brown paper bag only to be left in the refrigerator at home. I don't want to recommend not eating here I only hope it gets better.

Absolutely the most horrible experience atany of these resources I have had. Stood for 10 minutes at the counter and wasn't even acknowledged by staff. I guess they were too busy with the 2 other customers. Will not be back.

this has happened more than once i place an online order with a pickup time only to get there and still have to wait 15 minutes for my food. why give a pickup time if it's not going to be ready? looks like I'm off to try another place

I was better a few years back but the food is still
08/13/2023 it was five minutes to closing and the restaurant got a rush. With two employees working, a boat load of orders and a register that stopped working they handled it. They were funny and creative and made the best of a bad situation. The order was right and the sandwich was great.Thank you. I will come back, but not five minutes before closing next time. Haha.

Call in your order to save some time! I’m not sure if management changed a while back but all the reviews on maps/Yelp are bad so I wanted to share my many positive experiences.I call in orders frequently so I don't have to wait. Usually, if I'm 5-10 min away by the time I get done calling and head over it's ready if not just a little wait. Compared to previous years reviews on Yelp, it seems like this place has improved a lot. Staff are usually nice when I call and pick up my orders and they have never messed it up. Inside seems clean and doesn’t smell weird.One suggestion that I feel would go a long way is to toast the bread before putting all the ingredients or to toast it longer because usually my sub melts rather than crisps and makes it harder to eat. Regardless, there’s lots of ingredient choices and are always fresh!
