I don't know who the district manager is but you need to do your job. I had an Dr's appointment in Portsmouth & wanted a pizza. Went to this place when it said it was open at 10am but it wasn't open & there wasn't even anyone in side. Can't do business like that. After reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't waste my money or time to eat there. Bad business! Worked at pizza huts all over the United States and wouldn't recommend you as a good place for my business.

The guy who waited on us was absolutely incredible. Restraunt was very clean. Food was the best ive had in years from Pizza Hut. Truly a great experience with the best employee!

What a joke of a business. They kick out paying customers and lock the doors at 6:30 pm. Then they said they aren't taking future orders and won't refund anyone because the door is locked. These employees should be ashamed of themselves robbing people of their hard earned money trying to feed their families in this rough economic time. I will be calling corporate. Id add a pic of my food but oh wait! I couldn't get it... 0 stars if I could

Well it's an old building; it's been well used, and it definitely shows. But they're doing the best they can and they are local people trying to keep this business alive. Some of the cooks are better than others; so,even though it's a chain restaurant, the quality of the pizza varies. It varies from a five to a two, but will keep ordering here.

Maybe I would review the food higher but I haven't even got it. supposed to get it a while ago but been counting down the time. I have patience but not with this company. If you didn't know, doordass shows the tips before hand and the dashers get to decide if they pick it up. Which is fine usually but I didn't know and was planning to tip in person. Well it's almost my kids bedtime now and still haven't got it and I can't even get a hold of the store because they use customer service representatives. Still says preparing.

This location has apparently decided it’s delivering pizzas through doordash now. As soon as I saw this when ordering my pizza I figured it was going to take a long time bc I might get someone who isn’t familiar with the area. That’s exactly what happened. Not only does it fall on the person ordering to pay the DoorDash driver, but you’re not getting the same quality of service. After pick up it took 20 minutes for me to get my pizza, I’m less than 5 minutes away. It’s far from the driver’s fault though.

Pizza Hut gave this driver the WRONG ADDRESS and the WRONG NAME. They told this driver I was on the opposite side of town!! I had to contact her MYSELF and tell her where to go. That’s genuinely insane.

Quit cutting corners and pay a driver to specifically deliver for your location so they know the area.

Pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through.
