This was our first visit to Port City Pub, and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was great. They actually had a live band in there, and they were really enjoyable. Oh, and the food was some of the best I've had. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10.
Port City Pub had an Irish pub feel. The menu had Irish items on it but also many American items. I ordered the fish and chips. Unfortunately, the breading on the fish was almost as thick as the fish. The food was mediocre. The waiter was new and didn't remember to refill drinks without being asked. Hopefully, as he gains experience, he will know the menu to be able to answer questions and also recognize when drinks are running low without being asked for refills. ...
The food was amazing, I was shocked on the salmon they have as a special, it was one of the best salmon I have had. Casen which is one of the waiters there are amazing, he was great on checking up on us, made sure everything was good. Only downfall to the place it that it is a little dark/dimmed if you don’t like that atmosphere, then that would be the only downfall about it. Great place to come here and take out your wife for a dinner, or any occasion.
