I think this restaurant did fantastic the other day. The service was rather quick and even being quick our food was hot and fresh. I loved that I had to wait to eat the fries bc they were hot! That's a good thing. Lots of places give old soggy fries. They are just good fries too! The window workers were pleasant and gave plenty of ketchup when asked. I' always wished there was sitting in site but love the outside options available. Keep up the good work! ?

Service was ok. Chicken tenders were ok, def small in size. French fries were great. Atmosphere wasn't the best. My son and I decided to eat in the parking lot. My son decided he wanted some ketchup, so I ran inside and got some. There was a man wearing a cross body bag with a dirty hatchet attached to it, lingering in the lobby area. After going back out to our vehicle, I'm pretty sure we watched a man on a bike drive up to a car and sell them drugs.

Every time I go to Rally's, the food is hot and fresh. They usually have deals going on to. I always walk inside, and I am greeted once the window is opened. The staff is friendly and professional.
