The food was fantastic but the employee that was working with the owner didn't drop my deep fried mushrooms in the grease because she was too busy on her phone!!! So I had to wait even longer and by the time the mushrooms were done the rest of my foot was cold!!!!Vegetarian options: Deep fried mushrooms, cheese sticks, potatoes cheese munchersParking: Lot and lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: You can roll right up to the window...

This has been a part of my life for over 50 years! Ate here as a child, when we lived in South Portsmouth, KY, and now we travel back whenever we can! For almost 20 years, this was my request for Mother’s Day meal! Foot long, with BEST EVER sauce, fried mushrooms, and large peanut butter shake!!!! Best meal ever!! Great food, great service, and wonderful memories!!!

I never have a bad word to say about this place they are fast their friendly and take pride in making sure the food is just right the way the customers like it. The footers and sauce to there soft served ice cream is a 5 star to each one keep up the great work even after all these yearsParking: The parking is right next to the building and plenty of it you can order your food and eat right in your car

The prices haven't gone up as high as other dairy bars which I appreciate. The peanut butter milkshake is my favorite and what keeps me coming back. They are always the best!Parking: There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and also street parking as well. It's easy to get in and out of the lot.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids to eat or grab a treat. The outside seats are good for eating with the Littles, especially if the weather is nice.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is open and flat and the windows are fairly low. It appears to be an easy place to maneuver a wheelchair.

I love this place because they don't charge you $5 for a milkshake and they use real fruit in their shakes?Their footers are my favorite footer from anywhere I've tried so far and I love their Potato Bites?Thank you!

I'm a Portsmouth native, so I know I am supposed to worship this place, but it's just alright at best. Service is usually slow. This place still doesn't accept any form of payment besides cash, despite numerous requests from many customers (and from customers they lost) over the years to stop being so cheap and to modernize. You can get superior food at almost any other dairy bar in the area with less of a wait and at a place that accepts credit cards. Nostalgia isn't enough of a reason to waste time hitting an ATM for cash to go get an inferior footer and overcooked sides.
