Food was amazing. I had just set down inside to est there. And less then 5 mins. probably more like 3 minutes my food was out on the table steaming hot. Server was very friendly to.

There food is always good . I moved to Michigan and can't find a decent Chinese restaurant. I wish Silver Palace would open a restaurant in Clinton Michigan. There is an empty McDonald's restaurant that would be perfect for a new Silver Palace. I really miss their food.

The food is decent, but the service wassrude. I wish I could say this was the first time they were rude, but this happened another time when we visited previously.
The lady I was working with was asking questions such as, am I going to eat all of the food myself, asking personal questions about my relationship, and in general being very rude.
I felt very uncomfortable having had myself and my girlfriend insulted, and I hope that the staff will have more sensitivity in the future.

After a absolutely horrific experience with Taco Bell in Portsmouth, I can say Silver Palace has went above and beyond on this experience. Food is delicious, on time,hot and the taste is spot on. It may be two different food choices, but I can assure you Taco Bell will no longer get my Friday orders of $40-$50. From now on Silver Palace will have my business.

I ordered orange chicken and they gave me something that was not orange chicken I tried to come back and return it and get my money back or the food I ordered and they just assured me that it was orange chicken when it WAS NOT .

I was very unhappy w my dinner!
I asked for shrimp and teriyaki chicken i got about 5 baby shrimp mixed in about a pound of nasty old rice! Teriyaki chicken was old and disgusting and hard in edges which tells me they've say there all day!& they lowered the amount of portions you get by about half the normal size I will not eat there again I recommend burgs Chinese restaurant I give silver palace 1 out of 10
