I used to love sonic but this last time I went was horrible. No napkins in my bag,no fork to eat my tots with that I ordered with chili and cheese! I was so disappointed. And yes I did tip the waitress. The burger I got was burnt and my onion rings that were my favorite were under cooked. How gross, the only part about my meal that was amazing was my Reese blast! Come on sonic get it together!

Sitting at Sonic right now. Ordered a double smasher without cheese, 2 corn dogs with mustard, 2 tots, large cherry limeade and med strawberry limeade...exactly what the screen said Received a burger smothered in cheese, not a pack of mustard in sight, and both limeades were room temp, with not a sign of ice anywhere to be found. Tots were great🫤 But the 1 star come from the fact that we hit the service/order button 3 times in a 10 minute period, and no one ever answered. Our second time there, we won't be back (and I've been a Sonic devotee for over 25 years) oh well, I'll try Ashland next!

Food is what you would expect.
We had to keep pushing the red button to order because it would go off after so long. No they were not busy. I actually drove around to the drive thru to order. Everything needs a good cleaning and an update.

Half the time the food is cold and old. Tater tots should not be handed out to you cold and harder then usual. 80 percent of the time none of the food is worth eating. Sometimes they cant even get the drink right.
