We purchased Two Carmel Machiatos today which is their most popular coffee drink and Unfortunately, they didn't taste anything like a Carmel Machiato. We drank them because we took them to go. For now on..... I will always taste them before I leave the store. The phone has been busy all morning as well so there is no way to reach them. Sad face 😞

Placed a mobile order. I do this BECAUSE I am in a hurry. I got there and they were in the wrong size cups and no cream on the side. The very un-enthused employee said she had to go to the back to get it. 10 minutes wait. I am late now. The same thing happened yesterday. I was not in a hurry then and ordered inside. They need better management in my opinion. And nicer employees. If you don't like what you are doing in life or work find something else that suits your personality. Simple as that.

Those girls (and guy) absolutely make my day every single time I go in there. They always greet me by name and we talk about new things happening in life every day. Misty, Bri, Zane, Lexi, Brittany, Dylanne, Tessa, Daisha, Olivia and Sara are the only reason me and my family come to Starbucks everyday instead of making it at home. LOVE these people so much. I hope their bosses realize how amazing their baristas are.

Took them one hour to start taking orders after the worker came back from a break. She walks off with 5+ people waiting in line. After waiting for her people decided to just walk off. Terrible service. Do not order with Gracie. Just terrible customer service.

( I went there Wednesday but they had closed early, something about the water) So Thursday I tried to call before I went down to see if open or not and their phone keeped ringing in busy.When I got there they was out of a lot of items, which personally i feel has been happening often here lately.It wasnt to busy. I was the 2nd guest in line.The staff was really friendly and answered my questions about a drink that I was wanting to try.
