Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but they are outstandingly efficient. Got a large order and it was only 2-3 minutes and I was eating. Must try the Cantina stuff :)

The people that work here are okay but you cannot have somebody check you out you got to use the computer to do so and figure out that yourself it is crazy they can't take your money they can't take your payment nothing like that you have to do it all on the computer yourself so I was going to do that I might as well order online

ordered a $7 supreme box wanted a beef chaplua got chicken(it was cold)instead then ordered a burrito didn’t even get the burrito wanted a starry got straight carbonated water it was disgusting never going back here again!

We went to drive thru and it took about 20-25 minutes to order and get it. Super slow. Food had good taste and was put together nice. Overall decent taco bell except speed of service.

Horrible. Spent $28 for very mediocre food. Crunch wrap had no crunch. Very subdued flavor. Had to order on the screens. The door nearest the parking was locked. A lot of very load voices in the kitchen and they were not talking about food. Nobody greeted us. Had to ask for the cups for our drinks. The order took about 20 minutes. The restroom was filthy and smelled. Didn't have any toilet paper in the holder. I had to manipulate one of those huge rolls. I suffer from acute arthritis in my hands . An employee was behind the counter only briefly. Chairs and bench seating was hard and flat. I typically enjoy Taco Bell. I will be totally avoiding this one.

Employees are not professional very rude called corporate office 2 times to report it was told id receive a call back going on 2 weeks and still no phone call back
I don't know who's working tonight but I want to say my food was DELICIOUS. Usually the tacos are slimy and the burritos are sloppy but everything tasted fresh and crispy. Whoever made my food deserves a raise!

I went to through the drive thru, order 3 DLT supremes and nacho fries among other things (I did receive). I did NOT receive the nacho fries at all and my DLT were basically just a shell mounted with lettuce and a pinch (no exaggeration) A PINCH of cheese and like 2 small pinches of burger. The rest lettuce. Explain to me how I’m suppose to eat a lettuce taco (more or less) with only a pinch of cheese and meat? YOU CANT! 👿 THAT COOK NEEDS FIRED that was working on this date at this time - June 29th, 2025 @ 7pm
The family and I got food here two days in a row and I just want to say that whoever was cooking for those two days did a great job on the food nothing was disappointing in the least. my mom asked for the burritos to be made hefty and they delivered. every burrito was stuffed to the brim with all ingredients to perfection and rocked our taste buds. let’s just say that they had to double bag the food because the burritos were so heavy! Lol also got an order of the cinnaballs and dude when I tell you that they were pillowy soft fresh and dusted to perfection with cinnamon sugar i mean it. all in all if you’re reading this whoever you may be don’t hesitate, it was fat girl approved. 😂
