I am a doordasher an I was picking up my order an when I grabbed the bag to help her and with our a word she just jurked the bag right out of my hands then let the bag sit there why she was doing something else. Plus when I was there I waited a very long time an they didn't even talk to me to even make me feel WELCOMED so now I know not to go to the Tim Hortons in Portsmouth OH they are rude and unfriendly.

There were a lot of people behind the counter but nobody was cleaning messing tables. The breakfast sandwich and hash browns were room temperature. When I asked for condiments I only received one of each. I went to the counter to get more and again only received one of each. Poor service.

Always a must stop on our drive through southern Ohio. Highly recommend the ice cappuccino but really everything is good! Always clean, prompt with service, friendly staffâoverall great experience!
Drove through to get a couple coffees, the drinks were fine, but the young lady at the window and her coworker were rude. They forgot to give me my card back after so I was waiting at the window. They walked off and I heard them talking about me saying things in a rude voice like âwhy is she still sitting there,â and after a few minutes they finally realized they forgot my card, she walked over and handed it out the window and didnât even apologize.

We really enjoyed the matcha latte, dark roast coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. The drive-thru service was excellent. We also went inside and placed orders. The food was fresh and tasty. I liked the coffee. It was not bitter tasting. Delicious!
