Not sure what is going on here but service has taken a dive. Our company came in to eat and we were at the register for 15-20 minutes before we decided to leave. They never said anything just kept doing drive thrus and doordash but ignored the walk-ins. The one person who ordered had to get a refund because he waited even longer.

I know they locked their lobby early because I am a DoorDash so I waited in the line. The woman at the speaker was being very rude to the man in front of me in line claiming they didn’t have his order. It turns out they did once I got to the window. This was at 9:40 She told me their lobby closes at 10 so for DoorDash to come inside and get it I said I apologize. I apologize because I didn’t realize that it was not closed yet and she was very rude and didn’t get her name but as soon as I got the order inside, they followed me and lock the door with the keys It was not 10 yet like when they are supposed to close it, she just did not want to help. When I went inside, I could hear her talking about me to the other employees. poor service!

Went to Wendy’s and the man at the drive thru was extremely nice and helpful, I don’t know his name but he had darker hair and lighter eyes, he was happy to help and made my day a lot better just by being nice. I hope he sees this! I got the potato with chives and he hooked me up with telling me to load it and it was great btw!

Just placed a delivery order. A very simple order. Fries were all room temperature and tasted nasty. They went straight in the trash. The chili seemed extra watery, the frosting were more like melted milkshakes and 1 was a plain vanilla instead of chocolate with strawberry puree. Will not order from here anymore. Normally, I might give a store another chance, but in this economy, no. Not worth wasting my money on over priced disappointing food.

I asked for a lot of extra crackers for my chili and the employee told me that 3 packs is enough for a large chili and he wasn’t giving me any more unless I payed for them which then I said I would but he said no I couldn’t which for me three packs of crackers isn’t because I put the chili on the crackers I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m pretty sure Wendy’s employees don’t pay out of pocket for the crackers!

Very stale bread. Once they gave my breakfast to the wrong car then tried not to make the food I ordered because during the 15 minutes it took to make it, it was no longer considered breakfast time.

A good 85% of the time when I get a Cobb salad, it's missing the bacon. The one time I was frustrated enough to let them know, the girl with the braids had an attitude. And I get it. It's 2 pieces of bacon. But it's a CONSISTENT issue, to the point that I've tried ordering with extra bacon through doordash, paying for the extra bacon, and it's STILL missing. It's ridiculous. The burgers from the order have their bacon, of course they do because it's the main selling point of the burger. But the salad, that was ordered with EXTRA bacon so maybe they'd pay attention this time, still has none.
Yall just suck.
