While I love Wendy's, this branch's food is not always the best representation. Their service is great, the inside dining area is beautiful, but their food is usually overcooked and their pop is just a little off. Out of the last 5 times I've visited this location, 4 of those times have resulted in what I wrote above. BUT, I still love this location and can deal with the imperfections because we all know they work their tails off, because their customer service is amazing.

We waited approximately 7 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order, one employee was asleep in a chair out where customers set. Something very strange about how the employees were acting. Probably never go back to that particular establishment. Regional manager needs to check in on the situation there.

They forgot my fires. But I caught it when I got into my car and went back in. They was real nice about it and made it right. The cashier Kim was really nice and polite. Food was pretty good too. At least my fries was fresh and hot. Lol.

Service was tremendous….ly Terrible I found 12 roaches in my beef and bean burrito all over my nacho fries. I’ve been going to Wendy’s for years. I know their menu inside and out, and I will say worst service ever….. five stars

Wendy's is good for a quick bite in the form of a spicy chicken sandwich. Taste is good and macros are not too ridiculous. I think its one of the few larger sandwiches anywhere under 500 calories.

Placed a pickup order and waited forever. Then they forgot my 10 piece nugget so I had to drive back around. Then they only had 6 nuggets so they wanted me to wait and let the rest of my order get cold. And they were rude about it.

Honestly solid four. If they had a selection here for drinks it would be a total five for that The freestyle cook machines are the best. Anything Coca-Cola makes any way you want it with any flavor added amazingly good and you can get mellow yellow zero here. Theonly place I can find it anywhere

The lady that bagged my food needs to learn how to read the order and fulfill the order completely. She is the rudest person and is always in a rush to get people out of drive-thru. She should've been fired years ago. I order three chilies along with 15 packets chili sauce and I got zero chili sauce. She makes this Wendy's the worst one that I have been to in Portsmouth. I order on the Wendy's app.
It doesn't deserve any stars but I have to give a star just so I can post it . I also called to tell you guys what happen but the manager on duty hung up on me. Got my sandwiches and they were smashed like someone took it and squeezed it. Got 3 drinks only got 1 straw Sandwiches had half a piece of bacon on the bacon double stack . Get your shit together thank goodness I'm only driving through.

The Best! After having only eaten from other Wendy's establishments around Ohio, I finally returned home, to my favorite Wendy's location... Portsmouth on Scioto Trail. Me and my family tried different burgers ranging from the Double Baconator, Dave's Triple, and Bacon Double Stack. We also had fries, drinks, and new Frosty's. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I was instantly taken back to why this spot was always my favorite...they consistently deliver high quality food and service. My family has been talking about the different for the past couple of days and have since went back a few more times in the same week.

This doesn't half to do with the restaurant it self .But it's got to do with an application that was did online I called twice the second time the lady said she was a hiring manager that she would get in touch with me that Tuesday afternoon no call back or anything it very sad a company runs ads on indeed and go to the restaurant app to see if they're hiring and fill out the application you call to check and see if the application has ever been look at and no because you're application is laying underneath about 20 more apps that hasn't been look at ..If you're restaurant isn't actually hiring why advertise it ..but other than that .. Wendy has always had been a good restaurant
