This doesn't half to do with the restaurant it self .But it's got to do with an application that was did online I called twice the second time the lady said she was a hiring manager that she would get in touch with me that Tuesday afternoon no call back or anything it very sad a company runs ads on indeed and go to the restaurant app to see if they're hiring and fill out the application you call to check and see if the application has ever been look at and no because you're application is laying underneath about 20 more apps that hasn't been look at ..If you're restaurant isn't actually hiring why advertise it ..but other than that .. Wendy has always had been a good restaurant

So I come through the drive thru I tell them I ordered my food and it would let me upgrade my fries to Chili cheese fries they said it would be an up charge I said okay that’s fine so then when I get to the window the lady didn’t come to the window at all she going on and then opens the window and basically as I felt she starts throwing the bags at me and drinks well then I asked for sour cream and she got an attitude about that I asked what about the up charge she said no it’s fine we got it this time which I would of paid I had my phone ready to pay then I get home I call make the complaint gm didn’t sound to worried so I brought it to the review it will reach someone that does care cause I use to work for the Wendy’s and I know treating your customers like that is absolutely not okay!!!!! The jist of it all is she has terrible customer service and she had a horrible attitude for no reason !!!! They needed attitude adjustments !!!!

Wendy's on the Scioto trail is the best. Newly renovated, good service and good employees.
Got a Dave's double and sweet tea and it was great especially with the $2 deal in the app.

This Wendy's is #1 in my book. The drive-thru workers are always very patient and give plenty of time to order. They make their food look like the photos on the menu. They also always ask about sauces. + condiments which I appreciate because I tend to forget. Affordable menu options such as the 4 for $4 & the $5 biggie bag are perfect for staying within my budget. thr drive-thru employees are just awesome. I love how they interact with my kids. They can be friendly and courteous while staying on-task. The workers there really impress me with how they treat us, the consumers. They don't just throw the food together and get it out the window They want the customer to be satisfied and it shows. Kudos to the workers who train new employees, you guys are doing an amazing job.
Parking: The location is kind of crowded and can be difficult to maneuver.
Kid-friendliness: The drive-thru employee always interacts with my kids and they love it.
