We left wild lights at the zoo, not knowing where to go to eat. Joe's pub was open so we decided to go there.We ordered a quesadilla, wrap and kids pizza with fries.The food was very impressive! I didn't expect it to be so good. My kid also wanted me to say the fries were amazing.The service was great, even on a holiday.Highly recommend. The only reason for the 4 stars on atmosphere is because there was football everywhere. And I'm not a fan. But the food and service was amazing.I will for sure go back!

A Thanksgiving evening tradition over the past 12 years has been to gather with our family for fun at Joe’s. Due to the unfortunate rude and unwarranted behavior of the female bartender, it was our last year. Living in Powell, I always patronize local establishments when friends and family visit from out of town/state. When my 26-year-old nephew from out of state was denied service, despite 3 forms of legitimate photo identifications, he was rudely told “I’m not taking that”. At one point she said they “won’t take any black and white photo id’s”. (take a look at your drivers license but my OH license is a black and white photo…) I respectfully understand that any establishment has the right to not serve a customer; however, a simple explanation would have gone a long way. Parents, Aunts, Uncles were all in the group and despite our requests for an understanding, there was ZERO interest from staff to consider the bartenders behavior and attitude. Please note, everyone in our group was respectful, considerate, and not confrontational in any way – we were all extremely caught off guard! There is no excuse for rude behavior to others. Joe’s has major need of rehabilitating specific employees to provide customer service so that the locals want to come back!

Worst experience ever. We were hoping for a fun night out, but the head bartender immediately was rude the moment we walked in the door. The service was lousy, and we did not feel welcome. Very sad to say we will not be coming back.Watch out for the 5 star reviews as they look like they are coming from the employees.
