As a top contributor, once again, we find a restaurant that is lacking. Here is the list of why this Bob Evans failed us this visit.-Unbussed tables (several) the entire 1.5 hr stay-Only 3 waiters-3 front end folks standing around not helping wait staff-Waited over 1 hour for meal-People who came in after us had their meals served, ate and left before receiving our meal-Had to ask for refills of water and coffee-Had to ask for sugar (table not stocked)-Bathrooms were dirty and disgusting (a direct reflection of the kitchen)-Food was cold once we received it - 2 stars only because we were hungry, tired of waiting and it was edible at best.-About 12 ceiling tiles missing-Wall flair (Bob Evans pictures and paintings) missing-Waited over 1 hour for food.We would avoid this Bob Evans dispite being in one of the most affluent areas of Ohio.

I would first like to say I only came because I received a gift card for Christmas.I got so frustrated that I stopped taking photos. This visit was a near disaster. As you can see our "piggy" pancakes were made by someone who has never seen a pig. (To a 4 year old it was disappointing and she even pointed to the menu to show me how wrong it was)The avocado chicken was in edible as the chicken was so scalded on the bottom it was hard to even cut through. Hashbrowns were over done and greasy. We also ordered a special dish bbq beef mac and cheese or something like that and the mac and cheese was ice cold. Heard the waitress mutter under her breath a few times, I would call her out on it but there was no name tag.I will probably never return to a Bob Evan's. The restaurant has fallen so much in the past ten years and it is now on my not going list.

Our server, Megan, was very accommodating and ensured that the food was amazing and that our drinks were full . If you are in this area, ask for Megan! Make sure you tip her great!

This is one of the worst dining experiences I have had in recent memory. The servers (all were amazing, and doing their best) were grossly overworked and there appeared to be only 4 people working the front of the restaurant during a busy Friday brunch. The entire restaurant had scowls in their face due to the ridiculous wait we endured before our food arrived. Almost an hour wait for pancakes and bacon. 15 min wait for a beverage refill. Owner and management of this establishment need to do better. Don't patron unless you have two hours blocked off for a meal.

Went there this am. No one in line to be seated but had to wait until the server was free from taking orders to get seated. It seemed he was the only waiter there and he was also the one clearing tables. Got seated then after he got free he took our order and was very short with us (very understandable being the only waiter there). When the food got there, my country fried steak was cold, even the toast was cold. Too bad because the waiter was doing his best. Becky H

Avoid this Bob Evans, they are understaffed and those who are there don't care:- Wait real minutes to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant- Wait 45 minutes for your food to start to arrive- Someone in our party had their meal delivered last though their plate was hot from the heat lamp, it was obviously done first- The men's room was in a poor state, I told my 6 year old to hold it until we got home- I ordered the honey chicken and they couldn't even bother to bread it completely- They don't apply the free kid's meal automatically on TuesdayWe'll never go back to this location again.

On a Sunday evening about 6pm, the BE restaurant in Powell looked clean and inviting and only 1/3 full. It turned out to be a bummer. Although our order was taken promptly, after 15 minutes the only thing we were served was water. Not even rolls to tide us over. In a booth near us, a man had been waiting for his meal for 50 minutes and he finally got fed up and left. At least 10 people were standing and waiting to pick up take out orders. This whole situation did not look good. When questioned, the struggling waitress told us it would be at least another 20 minutes for our dinners. I'm guessing it would have been double that. We drove a block away to another restaurant and were served in less than 10 minutes. The problem with Bob Evans restaurants in the last 10 years has been the poor and inconsistent service. The food is always good.

This is one location that you learn never gives fast food delivery to the table service. There was one table head of us & three more came in after our order & it took an hour & 15 min to order , receive & we had to eat fast since it took so long to get our order. One table that came in after all of us received their food fast & the rest is us had to wait 30 min to get ours. My husband just had soup & sandwich & I had French toast so it's not like we ordered a full meal with all the fixings.

Supernatural ways of Royalty

This particular Bob Evans has good food. My only concern is the cleanliness is something to be desired. Now they keep it swept and such but it is in need of an serious update. The fabric in the booths are pretty bad, and the carpets need replaced desperately..

I wasn’t going to leave a review, because you can tell they are understaffed, and I respect the people that were at least there and worked to a degree….. but my food was so poorly prepared and served it’s crazy. The photo posted is supposed to be some kind of loaded potato's. This is what I got! My chicken noodle soup was filled half way, eggs were old , I stood in line for over 20 mins and again I’m ok to wait cause of the circumstances but waiting that long to have piss poor quality is unacceptable…. Watching employees get multiple personal drinks while people are waiting to be cashed out or waiting for their food is also unacceptable.Y’all need to do better.

Charles was a delight both days we visited. He was very professional, kind, and on top of keeping our drinks refilled along with checking on us every little bit. The food was outstanding and on point. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great food and service.

If I could give a negative review I would. I placed a pick up order, arrived at the restaurant and had 4 different ppl look at me and not say one word to me for over 5 minutes. Three people walked in after me and they greeted them the moment they walked through the door.
