Buzzed Bull Creamery - Powell, OH

We stopped by for some dessert after eating at a local restaurant. The staff was very helpful, we got a milkshake (chocolate + peanut butter) and watched as they cooled it as it mixed with liquid nitrogen, it was a cool experience. Plus the result was delicious!

This was such an awful experience. I’m a regular customer and really enjoy this place but I’m not going back to this location. I always get the same Nutella milkshake everytime but on Saturday September 28th in the evening around 7:30pm. I had a group of 4 of my friends and we all got milkshakes. My friend got the same milkshake as mine and hers looked correct while mine came with basically no Nutella. I went up and said hey this doenst look right and showed them my friends milkshake and they say we can’t do anything about it and this is how it is. They seemed racist because when I had my bf go in, then they gave him more Nutella. Super unfair and rude staff, they should have offered to remake it or add more Nutella because it is a Nutella shake I’m sorry if I asked for what I paid for.

My friend ordered a Nutella shake and did not get it, when she asked for Nutella in it they said we can’t do that and seemed very rude about it. We waited 50 minutes for the wrong order.

This was a FANTASTIC experience! We came in, not knowing how this ice cream shop works, and the employee behind the counter was SO helpful. He explained everything I didn’t understand and answered my questions kindly and patiently. The kids ice cream and buzzed milkshake were delicious. It was fun for my girls to watch the ice cream being made. We will definitely be coming back.

Good experience and great customer service.

Brought my kids to BBC at 6pm on Saturday night. One guy in line ahead of me, and it took nearly 40 minutes to get out treat! Between the 2 employees working, clearly only the lady (owner) had any sort of idea what was going on. Kiosk don't work, no one taking orders, complete chaos inside an extremely small space. With 6+ other ice cream options in Powell, we will not be back.

Came in on 3/9 after dinner for a dessert milkshake. The place was only staffed by a single person. She did a great job handling the crowd of people, but it took 40 minutes to get two milkshakes. It’s a slow process to make each order, and management isn’t helping by only staffing one person.They have a lot of good looking flavors and make everything in front of you. But I’m not a fan of the flavor from the way they make it with nitro. We took home two different pints and won’t be finishing them either.Only giving as many as 3 stars because of how well the single employee handled the crowd. Otherwise we won’t be back.We also saw a few people leave without ordering due to the wait.

This is the only place I've seen use liquid nitrogen to make ice cream to order. It's very unique and cool to see the steam as it's being made. However, it's very inefficient - if you go with a group, you have to wait for each ice cream to be made from scratch. They have a vegan/dairy free base and multiple vegan mix ins, though they aren't labeled so you'll need to either know or ask to confirm what is vegan. I had a non buzzed (alcohol free) peanut butter and Oreo which was absolutely delicious with a super strong PB flavor. Also tried a buzzed ice cream with maple, pecan, and Cognac - the alcohol flavor is as super strong which I personally didn't love, but others might. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-10

It's the best I've cream. Takes a minute to make but WORTH it.
