I order in store and everything is great, management I see working hard every morning. I order online and they skimp on everything like pansies, won't do it to your face though. Everytime. I'm going in store for now on.

Terrible experience. The amount of food given was ridiculous, why pay for such little portions. They gave me a little bit of Barbacoa meat, not a ton of rice (about less than a cup or half cup), then flooded my bowl with sour cream, cheese, and salsa. Gave me a pinch of lettuce, and gave me black beans that were not properly drained. It was disgusting. Too wet to eat, and the portions were too small. I was served by a young girl with reddish hair.

Walked in to get our food of which we pre ordered. Stood there 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Another customer waiting got tired and went around the corner to get his bag himself, so I did the same. Got our food, and it was what we ordered just none of any of the extras we ordered. Not the first time. Ridiculous.

My frustration with Chipotle employees is growing. I am very disappointed with the amount of lettuce given for salads. This sounds like a ridiculous thing to be disappointed about, but when you receive 6 little pieces of lettuce in your online order. You’re basically being ripped off. As far as I’m concerned I deserve a replacement. This has happened too many times now to be an “accident” or coincidence. So my overall rating is 2 stars. This is only because half the job was done correctly.
Routinely have a good experience at this location. Quick service, great food, even if the prices are unfortunately a bit high for the portion sizes.

This Saturday evening went to this chipotle. The service was bad , looked liked the kid was not happy to service, and there processing table was not clean we are vegetarians and I was every skeptical if I should walk away or get it. I am pretty sure there are high chances of cross contamination. How are vegetarians food placed right next to meat bins and the person preparing the burrito is totally ignorant about the food industry and cross contamination. I am really disappointed with the service that day.

The worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. Had TERRIBLE service. So many workers yet no one was doing anything. The cashier was sitting at the counter not helping at all when clearly there were at least 15 people in line waiting for their order and at least 5 waiting for a DoorDash or pick up order. Seemed like they had zero sense of urgency and do a terrible job at DoorDash orders. Do better.
