The worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. Had TERRIBLE service. So many workers yet no one was doing anything. The cashier was sitting at the counter not helping at all when clearly there were at least 15 people in line waiting for their order and at least 5 waiting for a DoorDash or pick up order. Seemed like they had zero sense of urgency and do a terrible job at DoorDash orders. Do better.

This is literally the only Chipotle around Delaware that doesn't suck. The one in Delaware (on US 23) and the one by 36/67(Sunbury) are horrible. I try not to complain because I worked fast food/ restaurant for years but those two stores are awful. This location is the only reason I still eat Chipotle.

Like almost every other time, they didn't have what I wanted and had to get the exact same thing as I always do. The kids like coming to Chipotle, but when I can never get the things that they advertise and have to yell over the loud music, it gets really old really fast.

Do not place online pickup orders at this store. Wrong orders, portions small, burritos mislabeled. Why did I spend $14+ per burrito for this level of disappointment? Watch them make your order or buy elsewhere. Maybe the manager should try actually helping her overworked employees instead of barking orders and acting like that helps?
