ordered through doordash. Dasher stood there for 30 mins, got TERRIBLE FOOD. Barely any meat, all rice lettuce and cheese. paid $26 for 1/2 a portion. Don't try to call customer service cause you get someone offsite that says call doordash even though Chipotle made it terribly.

This chipotle is constantly out of things. Most recently out of steak at 7:20pm. The counter is always a mess. Not sure what they are doing in there, not prepping or cleaning

One of the worst chipotles you will go to. It appears they only hire children. Napkins and utensils routinely empty. I think they had to close the store a few weeks back because of call-offs. Its currently 5 pm and there is one person on the line....no cashier. No white rice. Need new management? It's unfortunate this is the only chipotle in this area.

This is our favorite chipotle location in the area! It's always clean inside, and the staff is very kind. They have the best rice of all locations in the area and consistently well-cooked chicken.

Gross inside, food isn’t good, service isn’t great. There is no leadership during peak hours. Everything slowed down, quality and cleanliness suffer. All of the tables were dirty today and we got in around 1:38pm.

WORLDS BEST CHIPOTLE BOWL!!!

My bowl was FULL TO THE BRIM scoops upon scoops of food, honestly overflowing in the best way. You can tell it was hand-crafted with love.

On top of that, the employees deserve major praise. The line was out the door and those workers were absolutely HUSTLING!! fast, focused, and still friendly under pressure. It’s so refreshing to see a team working that hard and still delivering amazing food.

After being released from the ER after being involved in a head-on collission, we stopped at Chipotle for some dinner at about 9pm on 12/16. There was one guy working the line, filling orders with three people in line-and another one or two came in while we were in line. There was a young girl working on her social media sklls, taking videos of herself and the computer area to the right of the register. I could hear dishes or pans being banged around in the back.
The poor young man up front could not keep up...the food bar area was a mess, he was trying to get orders filled by himself and quickly running out of about half of the options. My husband got a little irritated about the lack of food considering the fact that there was still two hours left before closing. I apologize for his being irritated and not very patient with him--it had been a long afternoon for us and we were both hungry but I know he was doing the best he could by himself.
That said, the social media girl needs to be fired immediately. The young man up front needs to be promoted as he was the only one visibly working. Apparently the person in the back was the manager? who was washing pots and pans. It's time for Chipotle to raise their pay rates and hire some better quality help.

not only did i not get my correct mobile order, it was the worst order i’ve ever seen in my entire life. the sticker was correct so how do you mess that up. disappointed is an understatement for a $13 bowl that looks like slop.

Jennifer, the manager was speaking to me rude when I inquired about the dry out food that they replacing fresh food on top of it she asked me was I picking a fight I told her no I was just trying to educate her that that’s how you get food poisoning

Worst chipotle store we have ever been in! Yesterday's steak and chicken was cold and crusty! No nee food on the grill, staff was lost with basic questions.....2nd time in a row this store horrible!!! We will not be back!

Every booth was dirty, dirty tables and fountain station a mess. It wasn't even really busy. We had to wipe our own tables. As we were finishing up the place was almost empty and staff were just standing around, some on their phones, one with a bad attitude. I don't appreciate being stared down when I'm trying to sort through the trash at the fountain to get my drink. Maybe do your job and clean it so people aren't looking to the unoccupied staff for assistance and then offering none? Rudeness isn't a great quality if you want to bring back customers.

Great food, I really like Chipotle, I get salad, lettuce on the bottom, carne asade, corn salsa, Pico, hot salsa, cheese, guacamole, and 2 cups of vinaigrette, they are very small, so I get 2, and small chips and queso cheese. I like to crunch up chips in my salad, I always get the same thing, other than the meat, sometimes I get chicken, Was very fresh, friendly staff, easy in and out.
