Probably the worst run City BBQ in the entire state of Ohio. This is my second time ordering curbside, and they do NOT operate with curbside here. I check in... wait... wait.. wait.. wait.. call...wait...wait... wait... call again....wait... Then they finally came out and forgot my drink! Then I had to wait another 10 mins... wait.. wait.. wait... this is totally unacceptable! I use curbside because I have my baby with me, and it's easy to pick up vs. going inside. Horrible and do not recommend it at all!
Also, during this time, 3 others pull up for curbside and get tired of waiting and walk in to pick up their order.
