First time coming here and this place is a mess, extremely short staffed and slow. On a Saturday night no one was here except me and my kids and food still took over 20 minutes. It’s back to Culver’s only.

My wife went in today to get our refill of 4 quarts. Upon placing the order she heard the girl in the back say "sh-t that's all our ice cream. Were going to run out." Not very respectful in front of customers who could hear.

We ordered 4 ice sandwiches and waited 15 mintues. I know summertime is busy but I was hoping the ice cream sandwich was worth the wait and it wasn't. It looks like they had a freezer problem, the ice cream melted and the cookie had smudged the paper. The whole cookie was about 1/2 inch thick. Very disappointed in this visit, wish I could get back my $9.96!

Second time now I have attempted to try this location...and it's been the same both times. Absolutely, horrible customer service. Never puts lids on ice cream thru drive thru, hair in ice cream, never gives receipts, the list can go on. Apparently the need better training and a better manager!

Cashier lied about having grilled tenders. Also the blizzard was made wrong was not reeces when confronted they denied it was made wrong and offered no solution. Restaurant was clean.

I ordered 2 large blizzards. I waited 15 min in line to order. Then waited 35 min at the counter for my first blizzard. After waiting an additional 10 min for the other one (a total of an hour) I had to leave, without ever getting my other blizzard. The teenagers working were polite and were trying to be helpful. But, even though I reminded them 5-6 times, it never got made. The management needs to create a better system and train the workers more. Orders were getting messed up or just simply not handed out and therefore melting the whole time I was there. And there was rarely anyone at the cash register for me to try to get a refund on my way out. I want this DQ to work well. I usually love DQ, but this location really needs some help.

They lost our order twice, they managed to give us a cold burger after losing our order that had no pickles, and had onions when we were told no onions. They also didn't believe I bought a blizzard and I showed them a receipt and no less then four employees analyzed it to decide if they should make me "another" one even though I never got one, and while they were looking an employee went to check out the table where my partner was sitting to see what we had. as if we were hiding the entire order at the table.

Terrible experience picking up a cake this afternoon. The girl at the counter was completely rude and incompetent and cared more about chewing her gum than helping myself and the other customers. Yes. I do have her name on my receipt!
