This place is honestly a 4 star. But because the food quality was clearly reduced this time, it's a relative 3 star rating.

Ordered through doordash for pickup to save time: 2 tenders with with fries and banana pudding for lunch. Chicken was just right, toast was just right. Pickle supplier has changed since last visit. The fries were about the same, maybe a little oversalted, but still good...

Well, HCT had a good run and it was good while it lasted. Once it got sold off a second time (the first time saw some noticeably good improvements to the menu) the quality took a hit overall. Pickles are gross now, crinkle fries aren't as good as the waffle fries and the batter seems different. There are also a ton of new selections on the menu which almost always means a dip in overall quality because there's not enough focus on the main attractions. I hate to quote...

I ordered nuggets online and drove through to pick them up. What I received did not look like what they show on the menu and the employee I spoke with did very little to correct the situation. *** Update - HCT made the effort to contact me and try to make the situation right so I give them props for that and have updated this review.***
