I've frequented this place for a while and I gotta say this new lady in charge is not it. She's very pushy with certain things such as signing up for rewards, will practically do it for you to get you to sign up. I get promoting things but there's gotta be a different way to go about it. Also talks very loud to employees about Asian and African American people in a snarky and almost racist tone. She also can be very rude to employees at times and very loudly calls them out on things they do wrong. I've always loved this place and have always had the pleasure of being in a kind and fun environment but whoever this new lady is needs to go. Coming from someone who's worked in food management, this is not the type of person you want representing your store. Very disappointed

I’ve spent so much money here and everything is normally fine. A few weeks ago I placed a mobile order, got home 15 minutes away and one of the orders was incorrect, no big deal. I called the store and they refuse to just refund the money and take care of the mistake. I won’t be back, apparently that one order is enough to lose my business to the Jersey Mike’s down Sawmill and Penn Station. Absolutely ridiculous!

Restaurant was dirty. Only 2 customers seated. 6 employees standing around loudly conversing. All customers were focused on the employee conversations rather than eating in peace. Tables not wiped down - food debris, oil, and vegetable matter on empty tables. Employees seemed to have zero work ethic. Bathroom was dirty, and disgusting. Teenage employee who made my sandwich was not pleasant and never asked if I wanted it Mike's Way. I asked for fresh lettuce since bin was nearly empty and was looking brown. Employee initially refused and was visibly angry I asked for fresh lettuce. That's something I'd expect from Subway. I will NEVER be back to this location. The employees at this location and Delaware, Ohio location are rude and clearly hate their jobs. It's my understanding the common denominator for both locations is the same owner. The best JM is in Sunbury Ohio (owned by Tyler Washington). Staff is extremely pleasant and store is ALWAYS clean. As a longtime JM customer, the Powell location is not a reflection of the JM brand. The employees and ownership should not only be ashamed but appalled at the lack of work ethic by nearly all the employees who were present this date and time.

They were donating the purchases to the Alzheimer's Walk so location was extremely busy but employees really made it happen. Food was excellent!

My family and I frequent this store often. Recently, we placed an online order and named our daughter's sandwich "The Dinosaur" since she loves them. When we got home, we were surprised to see the dinosaur drawing with the "The Dinosaur" written with it. My daughter loved it so much and enjoyed eating her sub, too. Thank you for making our evening gentlemen.
