Ordered 3 pizzas online and was estimated 45 minutes to deliver. They took over an hour and was cold. I called to speak with manager and was told manager was busy and can you call back later. This location is terrible. Deep dish pizza cold is not easy to eat. Edges super hard. I will not order from this location. Staff knew I was calling to complain and felt like manager was dodging. DONT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION.

Jets is the best! We always order from here and are always thrilled with the pizza. Today (11/16/25) they forgot to add the pepperoni to our pizza. Not a big deal at all. The nice gentleman behind the counter made us a new pizza and let us keep the one that was incorrect! How awesome! That was so kind and so appreciated. Way to put customer service first!! You guys are the best!

Ridiculous service ordered for delivery and waited almost 2 hours called the store and they said that my pizza was still in the store and should be leaving in 15 minutes. I ended up canceling and all they offered me was a refund. No apology for nothing

We love Jets Pizza in Powell! Very friendly staff and great food! Our favorite is the NY style!
Lived in Powell for 4+ years. Jets was always our goto pizza for family dinner and movie night. In the last four years the service has progressively gotten worse and worse. Always late, never hot, always wrong and they just don’t care. Getting free pizza after your family waits for 2 hours on it is not our idea of taking care of the customer. We spend $80 - $150 a week on pizza for our family night. Unfortunately we have spent our last $ with Jets.
It finally broke us tonight when pizza arrived 40 minutes late, cold and the funny thing was… they actually cooked pepperoni and threw it on top of a cheese pizza instead of just making a pepperoni pizza.
We will send this to corporate, but it won’t make a difference about anything.
