Lived in Powell for 4+ years. Jets was always our goto pizza for family dinner and movie night. In the last four years the service has progressively gotten worse and worse. Always late, never hot, always wrong and they just don’t care. Getting free pizza after your family waits for 2 hours on it is not our idea of taking care of the customer. We spend $80 - $150 a week on pizza for our family night. Unfortunately we have spent our last $ with Jets.
It finally broke us tonight when pizza arrived 40 minutes late, cold and the funny thing was… they actually cooked pepperoni and threw it on top of a cheese pizza instead of just making a pepperoni pizza.
We will send this to corporate, but it won’t make a difference about anything.

Do not order via text. Times given for delivery are a joke. If you call the store to check, they tell you they don't care what the text app says.... It's quite a joke.

Normally I have a great experience here but tonight the lady with the glasses and ponytail was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me, didn't greet me, sighed at me when I asked a question. Maybe she was flustered with how busy they were, but it made me very uncomfortable. The guys that I normally interact with are super nice. Tonight was definitely the opposite

Ordered a Large 'Best of Jets' and they charged me the same price but bought me a small cheese pizza. Delivery driver attempted to rectify the situation but it was a bummer and we just took the L on this one.

The Detroit style pizza here was an instant throwback to my youth eating thick crust pizza with a stupid huge smile on my face. I have a new favorite pizza chain in the Columbus area!
