Terrible store. Don’t bother coming here. 2 employees working at lunch time, like how is that even possible? Those 2 employees were rude, slow, and completely uninterested in giving anything resembling customer service. Waited over 20 minutes from walking in to when I got my food and there were only 3 customers in the store at the time. Overheard one of them being insanely rude to a customer who was attempting to place an order. How does it take this long to make simple sandwiches? I’ll absolutely never come here again.

The incompetence is ASTONISHING!
I placed an order for two sandwiches in store, with each only having TWO requests/changes. my girlfriend and I both received incorrect sandwiches.
Upon politely informing the counter about the mistake, I was gruffly made another sandwich. But that one was screwed up too! Unfortunately I trusted the staff to make a correct sandwich after already making a pretty embarrassing mistake, and drove away carrying on about my day, only to open a sandwich I did not order 10 minutes later.
It's too hard to remember TWO requests at one time for a sandwich shop for these guys!
I'm more than happy to go in explicit detail about my experience and what went down, I am a routine Jimmy John's customer, I've been coming for 12 years, across many stores, long before the (now my closest) Powell location opened, and I am beyond disappointed in the behavior of the staff.
It has been a downhill trend across multiple stores with poor staff.
I wish I placed an online order, but to be honest I don't trust these employees to read!
My order was also made slowly and pathetically both times.
I am struggling to consider ever patronizing a Jimmy John's ever again.

First time I came here I was super excited to live by a Jimmy johns. This time around I’m very disappointed I ordered a little before 8:30. And got there about 8:40 and the staff was cleaning, I don’t even know if they changed gloves. The girl making my sub messed up and she acted like it was a big deal to take my bread out. I haven’t ate it yet but judging by how it looked I wasted my money.

Of the many JJ’s I’ve lived by in several states over the years this one does not abide by the “freaky fast” rule. I mobile order 99.9% of the time and every time I get there they haven’t even started on it. This is 10-15 mins notice before I arrive. Even when they aren’t busy. Then we do the song and dance of what’s my name, and then they’ll tell me they’ll start it after making another mobile order (which makes no sense).
It's a good place to eat. They have unwhiches and wraps for more health conscious people. You could do a carnivore diet at this place if you enjoy that. The restroom is clean, the employees are pleasant. The food is tasty. They even have fun motivational messages on the walls.
Dietary restrictions: It's carnivore friendly.
Kid-friendliness: They don't mind fairly noisy children dining inside their shop.

This was one of the strangest jimmy johns location i had been, went in morning and there was only one staff working on some sandwiches, there was no Hello from her nor a courtesy “be with you soon”, she went on doing what she was for a good long 10-15 mins before she came to take our order, i had 3 sandwiches all to be made the same way and i had written down what i wanted on it for her, sandwich again took its own sweet time to be made so it took me some 30 mins for a freaky fast sandwich and the worst part is when my family and i went to eat it later on it was something else made, some ingredients were even missing, worst sandwich from jimmy johns i ever ate So much for being a loyal jimmy johns fan
