The guy who works alone in evenings, Ben, messes almost every order up. They close early, put stuff away, don’t bother with this location

Of the many JJ’s I’ve lived by in several states over the years this one does not abide by the “freaky fast” rule. I mobile order 99.9% of the time and every time I get there they haven’t even started on it. This is 10-15 mins notice before I arrive. Even when they aren’t busy. Then we do the song and dance of what’s my name, and then they’ll tell me they’ll start it after making another mobile order (which makes no sense).

It's a good place to eat. They have unwhiches and wraps for more health conscious people. You could do a carnivore diet at this place if you enjoy that. The restroom is clean, the employees are pleasant. The food is tasty. They even have fun motivational messages on the walls.

Dietary restrictions: It's carnivore friendly.

Kid-friendliness: They don't mind fairly noisy children dining inside their shop.

Shop was not prepared for any more customers, At 8:45 PM. The selections of food containers were all cleared out. Would not be able to order anything. Plus only one bun. A clerk was ready to leave early although the line said open till 9 PM.

Great staff and the food is ok I'm just not a big fan of Jimmy Johns bread. It always seems hard and stale but that just my opinion!

This was one of the strangest jimmy johns location i had been, went in morning and there was only one staff working on some sandwiches, there was no Hello from her nor a courtesy “be with you soon”, she went on doing what she was for a good long 10-15 mins before she came to take our order, i had 3 sandwiches all to be made the same way and i had written down what i wanted on it for her, sandwich again took its own sweet time to be made so it took me some 30 mins for a freaky fast sandwich and the worst part is when my family and i went to eat it later on it was something else made, some ingredients were even missing, worst sandwich from jimmy johns i ever ate
So much for being a loyal jimmy johns fan

Whoever the gentleman working tonight was, he was fantastic! Perfectly prepared food and packaged correctly. When I arrived, he walked out and handed me my order before I even got out of the car. Good service, which I appreciated.

I’m reviewing the past four (4) attempted visits over the past roughly 6 months.

I haven’t successfully walked out with any food yet, but maybe one day!

I’ve made three online orders, two for pickup, one for delivery but none of those three orders could be fulfilled due staffing shortages.

I’ve never seen more than two employees in the store at any one time and on two occasions I’ve seen only one. The most successful Jimmy John’s locations have a vibrant staff of 4 or more workers; I’ve seen as many as 8 in busy locations!

On my forth and most recent attempt at an order, my daughter and I walked in at 3:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and we had to stand in the doorway behind 4 other people waiting to place an order while the staff absolutely struggled to keep pace with a soulless thermal receipt printer that was pumping out online orders that soon would turn into refunds and apologies.

We left without as much as an acknowledgment from the overworked, frenzied team of just two.

Just like this location owner’s parents…I’m not mad…just disappointed.

Ordered via door dash.. received call they don't have a driver as "nobody wants to work" told order would be cancelled..It was not called 30 min after that no one answered phone..called 45 min after that no one answered phone. I was charged for a completed order. Drove in and asked to speak with manager..told I would have to wait..waited 30 min then was told they would have to take care of people who came in after me and my only options were to wait or come back later

I usally love this place but i’ve tried to spend my lunch breaks twice now ordering delivery only for it to get cancelled halfway through the break because they don’t have a driver even if it gives delivery option and the refund process is very annoying
