There was a group of six of us that they did take reservations for. We had Liz H as our waitress. And she was friendly. She did steer several of us wrong on the menu though. I specifically asked her if the mashed potatoes had skins on them, and she guaranteed me they did not. Well they did. They were full of skins and disgusting. Food is so expensive here though, that I got a to go container for them and brought him home to my husband who ate them. She told two people at are table that the dry rub wings were not spicy, and they both said that they were so spicy they could hardly eat them. One person had a hair in her food , which the waitress quickly returned to the kitchen and offered her something different . She was apologetic and handled it very well . Prices are a little high for what you get, food is hit or miss on taste. Three people got the German pretzel burgers, and they all love them! The Buffalo mac and cheese was also a hit. The Fried Chicken was moist and juicy, but flavorless and shockingly it's a chicken leg quarter ( which is the cheapest of all the chicken options) and not breasts. $24 for a leg quarter with two sides. They have good iced tea, and our waitress was right on the refills. The decor is pretty neat, I especially like the upside down canoe on the ceiling with the lights. It is a very small restaurant, so it fills up quickly, however there are a few seats outside as well if there is a parking lot attached, I'm a pickier eater, so the menu did not have options for me to choose from, as I don't think I'll get the fried chicken again, so I don't know that I'll come back.

Who been here at least 12-14 times in the past couple years. Today we Went for a late lunch/early dinner About 330 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Ordered fried Pickles, a cheeseburger and an order of fried chicken. Pickles were OK even though all the batter was falling off, Burger was good. Chicken served raw.. Sent it back… Meanwhile, my husband finished his burger, and I waited and waited on my chicken… Didn’t ask if I would like another drink or attempt to do anything to rectify serving raw chicken….. eventually after waiting and waiting, I asked that it chicken be packed up to go. Received the bill with no consideration for the waiting time or the fact that raw chicken was served. I will never go back to this restaurant.

Made plans for a dinner date with friend. Wanted to try something new for the both of us. We decided on Kraft House No. 5 and it did not disappoint. We both started out with a beverage and appetizer.
Sever greeted us with huge smile and was very happy to see us. She listened to my allergy and made note to kitchen. It wasn't very busy when we went and getting the fo
od out was kinda slow. That's why it was minus a star. The inside space is kinda small and the tables moved around a lot if the person behind you moved which was kinda annoying.
Overall would come back to try more on the menu.

Had a great experience and would highly recommend it, especially during happy hour. Although we did not have any entrees, the appetizers and drinks were great! We definitely plan to come back for dinner at some point in the near future.

It was a good economic but what concerns me is the Brussel sprouts being underdone. Overall it was flavorful. The beers were solid.

We were in town for a trip to the zoo with our 2 kids. Food was amazing, service was friendly and attentive. It's not cheap, but it was so worth it. Highly recommend the short ribs
We had a wonderful experience eating Brunch here today. The food came out timely, the portions are massive, the Mimosas were STRONG and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommended. Was it the best food we have ever eaten, no. But was it solid? Yes. It was it an atmosphere that was welcoming, a meal made with care, and a price point that made it worth the while? Absolutely!

Went here for dinner here after reading the website about how cool and friendly it is. The host was about as friendly as the waitress-not welcoming at all. He said -sit anywhere and walked away. The server had the personality of a sidewalk.
We are always friendly and considerate to wait staff as we are former servers. Considering the place was empty, and just opening you would think they could have been nicer.
Our compliments to the chef however as the food was very good.
Too many options in this city to want to return again

Had dinner tonight and was so pleased. Ashley, our server, was attentive and knowledgeable. I had a starter--Frutti di Mare--and it served as my entree. Calamari, octopus, shrimp, mussels, all cooked to perfection. I cannot recall a seafood dish I've enjoyed more. I will definitely return!
